Best traits for a PFS barbarian?

Advice

I have a N human barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) from the Lands of the Linnorm Kings. He is a follower of Gorum. He is of the Taldor faction.

I am building this off an existing character that now needs different traits because they aren't allowed for Pathfinder Society.

Scarab Sages

Berserker of the Society is solid. 3 extra rounds of rage per day for a trait is hard to beat.

Reactionary, It's literally the best fair trait in the game outside of a couple utterly broken ones. (Metamagic reduction for example)

Dirty Fighter, +1 damage is good for a feat considering you'll be flanking a lot.

Though you will quickly have more than enough rage rounds to handle your day. At least in my experience.

Finish the Fight always looked pretty good to me. Not keen on if society has any special rules for Bastards of Golarion traits though.

Any details on your build? Sometimes trying for a specific thing makes certain traits more valuable than others.

Indomitable Faith. A flat +1 to your Will saves. Every caster you'll ever meet has the same burning desire: "Dominate the barbarian...."

Dominate the fighter. The barbarian has a good will save.

Sovereign Court

Something to get you another knowledge skill or some Diplomacy would probably be useful for you. Otherwise whatever you like. Barbarians are pretty well skilled.

Silver Crusade

I would like to second this. I've seen barbarians carry groups through skill challenges far more than I would have assumed.

If you go Ulfen Guard--which fits an Ulfen with the Taldor faction quite well--you can actually get a ridiculously high diplomacy.

In terms of efficiency?
For a typical Society game:
I ask two questions.

1) How often?
2) Does failing it seriously suck?

So...regarding having a trait for a 'knowledge skill'
How often do you make that check? Um...not often...the rest of the party actually doesn't have int as a dump stat.
Does failing it seriously suck? Well, so it's got DR 5/bludgeoning? And I'm power attacking for 100 DPR? Not really. Not to mention the arcane in the party id'd anyway...or the divine...or the bard...or anyone else who didn't dump int.

Having a trait for +2 init?
How often do you make that check? Every...dang...combat encounter. (Usually 3-5 times a session)
Does failing it seriously suck? Going after the evil controller casters lock down your party? Or the evokers call down the rain? Um..yes.

Having a trait for boosting your Will Save?
How often do you make that save? Varies, but usually at least one combat per session has something that needs a Will save.
Does failing it seriously suck? Considering they aren't called 'save or suck' for nothing? Heck yah.

Having a trait for a +1 damage bonus when flanking?
How often do you flank? Um...what's that?
Does failing (not flanking) seriously suck? You're the hardest hitting and most accurate martial class. So um...no.

So my conclusion? For a default lineup boosting init and will saves are almost always a good idea. There are exceptions of course.

Reactionary + Indomitable Faith.

Dominate the fighter. The barbarian has a good will save.

With a decent trait, one feat (iron will) and maybe a good race (half elves with dual minded or dwarves with hardy and the steel soul feat for extra goodness), they could do well on their will saves even if they do not take superstition. It takes a bit of investment, of course, but it can make you better than a mage that never invested anything. Nice for people that are a bit wary on having to save against their ally's spells (I mean, what if you end up blinded or something? Depending on the initiative, the creature might get an extra turn with you before your party can both turn off your rage and get the cleric to use a simple spell to help you).

Anyway, following that line of thought, how about Birthmark? It has a nice +2 bonus against 'charm and compulsion effects'. The language there is nice and inclusive enough that it seems to cover things like supernatural abilities.

Thank you everybody.
