We've been having some issues with setting up the Adventure Card Game subscription with the promo cards. Its a brand new subscription model for us and our existing code base is having some trouble with a few of these details. Some customers have been seeing a message that states the promo cards have been removed from their cart because they are not available. However, promo cards are all alive and kickin'! Subscribers *will* get promo cards with a subscription. If you do not, please let customer.service@paizo.com know. If you are unable to process the Adventure Card Game subscription via the website check out, you can give customer service a call at 425-250-0800 (10am-5pm PST M-F). Please make sure you have tried the website *first* before calling us. If you have trouble, leave the subscription in your cart while you contact us.
Here are the promo cards that have been or are available for order/preorder with a subscription so far:

Poog and Fire Sneeze
Customers who started with the Rise of the Runelords Base Set+ Character Add-On Deck Bundle or who contacted us to start with just the Character Add-On Deck should receive these.
Blessing of Zarongel:
Customers who start with Skinsaw Murders Adventure Deck or already have a subscription starting with a previously released item will get these cards with their subscription order for this deck.
Dance with Squealy Nord and Birdcruncher Crown:
Customers who start with Hook Mountain Massacre Adventure Deck or already have a subscription starting with a previously released item will get these cards with their subscription order for this deck.
Grindylow:
Customers who start with Fortress of the Stone Giants Adventure Deck or already have a subscription starting with a previously released item will get this cards with their subscription order for this deck.
Horsechopper +1 :
Customers who start with Sins of the Savior Adventure Deck or already have a subscription starting with a previously released item will get this card with their subscription order for this deck.
Goblin Plate +1 :
Customers who start with Spires of Xin Shalast Adventure Deck or already have a subscription starting with a previously released item will get this card with their subscription order for this deck.

Because there is so much confusion going around about these promo cards and how to start a subscription, as well as some issues we had with going through the store's check out: if you would like to start your subscription with the RotRL Base Set + Character Add-On deck OR the RotRL Character Add-On Deck alone, start your Adventure Card Game subscription with Skinsaw Murders Adventure deck and then email customer.service@paizo.com with a request for us to manually add the option you would like to start with (bundle or character add on deck) and we will add that and the Poog/Fire Sneeze Promos to your subscription.
This offer to start with the previous items stands until and is only for this particular instance of the Adventure Card Game subscription.
After October 31st, the options will be to start with the current release or the next release.

Poog of Zarongel
Poog went out through our distribution channels. This means that the companies that distribute our products received some when they ordered the Rise of the Runelords Base Set in August. It is up to the individual distributors to decide what to do with these cards. If you purchased a RotRL Base Set at your friendly local gaming store, they might have these available. If not, they should inquire with their distributor. This is not a guarantee. Its up to the distributor and retailer to work out if there are cards available and how they will be allotted.
Poog was also available at Gen Con 2013 to customers who purchased the RotRL Base Set from the Paizo Booth.
Fire Sneeze
Fire Sneeze is our "convention promo". We handed it out at Gen Con 2013 to attendees who stopped by the Paizo booth. We plan on sending more of these out to other conventions, but as of now, we do not have any announced plans for when or where these will show up.
Blessing of Zarongel
Blessing of Zarongel is going out through our distribution channels. This means that the companies that distribute our products will receive some with their October order for Skinsaw Murders Adventure Deck. It is up to the individual distributors to decide what to do with these cards. If you purchase a Skinsaw Murders Adventure Deck (release date is October 30th) at your friendly local gaming store, they might have these available. If not, they should inquire with their distributor. This is not a guarantee. Its up to the distributor and retailer to work out if there are cards available and how they will be allotted.
Dance with Squealy Nord
Dance with Squealy Nord will be a promotional item in the November issue of Game Trade Magazine (#165) We are limiting sales from paizo.com of this magazine to one per customer due to an anticipated high demand.
Birdcruncher Crown
Birdcruncher Crown is going out through our distribution channels. This means that the companies that distribute our products will receive some with their December order for Hook Mountain Massacre Adventure Deck. It is up to the individual distributors to decide what to do with these cards. If you purchase a Hook Mountain Massacre Adventure Deck Adventure Deck (release date is in December) at your friendly local gaming store, they might have these available. If not, they should inquire with their distributor. This is not a guarantee. Its up to the distributor and retailer to work out if there are cards available and how they will be allotted.

The promo cards are a separate item and as the base set is sealed, they are not inside the base set itself. The warehouse generally ships these cards in one of two ways:
Method 1: In a little plastic baggie
Method 2: Slid into a card deck box like the Character Add On Deck or and Adventure Deck for protection.
There were a few orders at the very beginning in August that were shipped without promo cards that I mailed them separately. However, anyone who that effected should have received those by now. If you didn't get promo cards with your *subscription* shipment, please let customer service know via email or phone call so we can investigate further what may have occurred.

To answer a question we've gotten a few times so far:
I purchased a Pathfinder Adventure Card Game product through another retailer. Can you send me a promo card?
In order for Paizo to send you promo cards, you must have an Adventure Card Game subscription starting with the release that corresponds with the promo cards as listed above.
Buying a copy from another retailer does not qualify for getting promo cards through Paizo; you'll need to investigate getting them through other channels. We cannot ensure the availability of these cards to a particular individual through any venue other than via a subscription to the Adventure Card Game on paizo.com.
If you have any individual questions or concerns regarding your specific purchase of an Adventure Card Game product and the availability of promo cards, please let us know at customer.service@paizo.com.
The promos are only shipped with that month's subscription - once the next deck ships the previous months become unavailable. So the promos associated with the base set and second deck are now only available via secondary markets (though that might change down the track - perhaps after the year is done Paizo might put individual promos up for sale).
The best you can do is to subscribe beginning with deck three and source the base set, deck two and the first three promos individually (the promos would need to be from somewhere other than Paizo - Ebay has them from time to time, although not always for sensible prices).

We do not currently have any announced plans to offer the promo cards along any other avenue other than the ways described above.
