Hey CJ -- I know that you have "blocked" a few threads from your feeds here (and I don't blame you)...
** spoiler omitted **
I used to love reading the CRD thread... no more. Thanks Moff!

Yeah, I figure that there are a few people here who might appreciate that article -- SP and Leafy also come to mind. Again, not looking for comments -- that can be done elsewhere -- but I wanted to make sure at least a targeted few people had a chance to see it.

Slow. Annoying. the real problem is, if you're flying, you just want to get where you're going as fast as possible, so who has time to make a fuss. Blerg.
I was sick most of the con. I spent an inordinate amount of time with tearing eyes from dripping sinuses or incipient sneezes. :( Of course it's almost gone now. In time for work! yay!
::grumbles::
I missed some cool seminars in order to catch naps and get some energy back before evening events such as the banquet and my lottery game.
I had a blast meeting people, and hope to do it again next year! :) Minus the con crud. :P
The Eldritch Mr. Shiny |
Guy had a heart attack on my flight. Stuck in Minneapolis for three hours, missed my connecting flight. New connecting flight is an additional hour late. I'm going to be getting on an airplane around the time that I had planned on being AT HOME tonight, with a two-hour flight and a two-hour drive still to go. Not cool.

Dude, you have the WORST luck. >_<

I disagree, Mr. Shiney had better luck than the dude on the flight with him.

I can try to draw everything but humanoids. Well, I can try to draw them too, but as I haven't drawn anything in a while, anything I produce is going to be bad, and humanoids are going to be worse.

You don't go eating the nice Puffin, even if he is covered in BBQ sauce... we don't eat our friends.
'Sides, it's actually duck-, er, pony season.
Fairly obvious.

- Be allergic to Seattle
- Have a cold
- Be allergic to pepperoni
I only felt sick after the con, when I got to someone's house in Woodinville.
I missed some cool seminars for games, and some cool games for seminars. At least I didn't have to worry about resting for the banquet. <sniff>

300+ posts is too many for a Monday morning. If there's anything important, let me know that I missed it. (+1 to anyone not having good days)
Weekend was a blast. Friday night started the Shadowrun campaign off with a betrayal (ahh... new Runners). Saturday we cleared the first and second floor of Harrowstone prison and headed down to the basement (And, realized my Dwarven Rogue is both Ray from Ghostbusters and Velma from Scooby-Doo... Don't ask). Sunday spent the day with my girl and saw an excellent X-Men: First Class (I have to say it's the best X-Men film, but I would NOT change the order of release.)
Hmm. Future of Paizo Fiction. Ghostlight Reef. Sleep. Oversleep (miss Redcloak Ruckus, develop grudge against hypocritic GM). Play Bill Webb's most awesome game (Swords and Wizardry) (just the GM, didn't publish himself) with 6-8 people (the Raglands, Dawn Fischer, the dude with sunglasses and the dude with the tail, Skeeter Green(e?), and other people maybe) and my brother, die from poison needle trap (after doing the final blow [13 damage] to a type-2 demon and disabling the first one on the other chest) on thief. Then brandingopportunity's Prey of the Red Mantis (name?) game; only non-pregen is Majuba's fiance (I think); Majuba finds me and gives me my goblin brain, while I tell him that my brother is downstairs with a black hat when he's not (downstairs). Go to bar with brother and play Bill Webb's game, eat pizza and drink soda and roll up wizard, meet also Mark (where's Mark?) and Ed Heely (who is much more like the fictional Mark, being flaky). Fall asleep. Wake up to alarm, take shower, go downstairs with brother and eat breakfast. You're Not From Around Here, Either (Russ Taylor is awesome) in "Star Frontiers" as infernal sorcerer. Hand key off to mom to pull stuff out of room before checkout. Pray to get in next year's game. Shared World-Building (James Sutter is awesome, as is Erik Mona). Finally meet up with fellow con-goer Victoria Snow. Buy Swords and Wizardry book, felt bad for author (who probably did sell books to people with steady jobs). Go downstairs and sit in bar in hopes of meeting Paizonians (from boards). Fail. Think APG is lost. Ask for key to room to check. Start to go upstairs, mom accosts, tells no books in there. Return key, then check brother's bag in car: it is in there. Get ppl from bar and go to Snow residence. Play Swords and Wizardry and watch The Best of Graham Chapman. Sleep. Head home, play Swords and Wizardry in car. Go on computer. Begin queuing up posts. Plan to post.
