I'm building a White-Haired Witch in Hero Lab and it seems to be calculating the attack roll for the hair as Int-based. I know the damage and CMB are Int-based, and under the circumstances I would house-rule that the attack roll is Int-based too, but I'm not sure if that's been officially declared anywhere, or if I should submit a HL bug report.

Posting here because I don't wanna create duplicate messages, and hopefully people will FAQ the first post.
Given that the Prehensile Hair hex uses Int for both attack and damage rolls, is the White Haired Witch using Str for Attack rolls but Int for damage intentional or a design oversight?
I think it's an oversight, as the first thing that pops into my mind is that hair doesn't have a heck of a lot of muscle, and since the WHW is basically the Prehensile hair hex writ large, it should behave like the hex.
But strictly interpreted by the text the WHW hair class feature makes no mention of what ability is used for the attack roll, and as such it defaults to the standard Str.
