Does an amulet of natural armor stack with +1 natural armor bonus?

And...just checking...I know most AC bonus types do not stack with themselves. Which ones do?

Amulet of natural armor (as does druidic barkskin spell) grants enhancement bonus to natural armor, so it improves existing natural armor (creatures without natural armor listed have natural armor of +0 and can benefit from this improvement).

Yes.

The bonus provided by an Amulet of Natural Armour is an Enhancement Bonus to Natural Armour, which stacks with a Natural Armour Bonus. Be very careful when reading spell and item descriptions, as many of them will also be enhancement bonuses to Natural Armour, too (like Barkskin).

Yes. It is an enhancement bonus TO the natural armor, much like the shield or armor bonus is an enhancement bonus to the bonus of the manufactured armor.

"Bonus: Bonuses are numerical values that are added to checks and statistical scores. Most bonuses have a type, and as a general rule, bonuses of the same type are not cumulative (do not “stack”)—only the greater bonus granted applies. (from Getting Started)

(Wearing armor, however, does not limit these bonuses the way it limits a Dexterity bonus to AC.) Unlike most sorts of bonuses, dodge bonuses stack with each other. (from Combat chapter)

"Different Bonus Types: The bonuses or penalties from two different spells stack if the modifiers are of different types. A bonus that doesn't have a type stacks with any bonus." (Ed: applies to non spells as well; from Magic chapter)

Bonuses of the same type do not stack. All else stacks. AC bonus, enhancement to AC, natural armor, and enhancement to natural bonus are all different types of bonuses, so all stack.

Dodge bonuses always stack.

Unnamed bonuses always stack.

Small correction: Untyped bonuses always stack, except if they come from the same source (spell, item, ability score, etc).
