It appears that the holiday12 code is no longer active. What is up with the post?
I am a terrible person and used my code the day after I got my post card. Fore shame!
In order news, the Combat Pad and new copy of the Core Rulebook were AWESOME!
It didn't work for me, either. I've e-mailed customer support.
My December shipment didn't ship and I have yet to receive my January shipment so no card here yet.
I tried the code on an item sitting in my shopping cart and it didn't work.
Was it a subscription, preorder, backorder, or non-Paizo download?
If not, you can contact Customer Service, and they should be able to apply the discount to your order manually.
Pre-order. No big deal, after seeing how much I am going to get charged for shipping the Runelords Anniversary book (Over $30!) I'm thinking I'll get it from my FLGS. Even without the 25% off it will be much cheaper.

If you think that you should be getting your discount (and you're not), please make sure you let Customer Service know (by email or forum post) so they can help you out! (Also not that it's "holiday12" not "holiday11"—make sure you're entering the right code!)
Okay, the email link didn't work for me so I made a forum post Liz.
So I got my Tide of Honor book in the mail today (02/04/2012)and the mailing envelope also contained the lovely little holiday card with the holiday12 promotional code.
The code that expired 01/31, contained in a package that was mailed, according to the label, Feruary 1, 2012.

Even though your card with the code came late, they did try to give everyone a chance to use the code by posting it on the main page of paizo.com on the 23rd of December and again on the 27th of January.
On the 23rd of December they even noted that even though the card said the code wasn't valid until January, it was already active and purchasers could use it in December.
