Named Bullet Spell Component

Rules Questions

Hi, All!

There is a spell that basically allows auto-crit with 1 shot from any ranged weapon, obviously gunpowder weapons with x4 are more deadly with this spell.

But there is a catch. There is a material component involved in this spell, that doesn't cost anything.

Quote:
Components V, S, M/DF (an item from the selected creature or creature type)

So, my question is - how do you use this spell? First part (about specific creature) I understand, but what about item from creature type? What does this mean exactly?

For example, if you're gunning for a Demon, you'd need a piece of one for Named Bullet to work. Blood seems to be the most commonly available.

If the component does not have a material cost, you are assumed to have it in your spell components pouch.
