This set contains over 60 key NPCs and creatures from "Escape from Old Korvosa", part three of the Curse of the Crimson Throne Adventure Path.

Cut off by royal decree from the rest of the city, Old Korvosa is a madhouse as petty criminals attempt to carve out their own territory, regardless of the innocent lives caught in the crossfire. The PCs must find the man who might be able to restore sanity, but old powers lurk here in Old Korvosa, ready to sink its claws into a weakened city...

Plenty of thugs, would-be criminal overlords, and everything you need for a rousing game of Blood Pig are included in this miniature set!

Great set!

*****

This set is definitely worth the (very nice!) price. You get everything you need to run the adventure, which is awesome, but even better yet is that you get a ton of miniatures that are useful in general!

You get pirates, Rakshasas, Red Mantis assassins, rogues, and a number of monsters that are hard to come by in metal.

And the best part? TWO different elephant miniatures! Finally, I can throw out that undead elephant and have something perfect to represent in on the table.

Buy this set - you won't regret it!

More Paper Mini Greatness

*****

Callous Jack did a great job on this set. Monsters and NPCs galore. Every mini you need for the adventure. And a few NPCs who have different identities are shown as separate minis with different appearances. (I won't spoil the surprise, but they are pretty cool.)

And you get the cute little cleric of Zon-Kuthon who has been a fan favorite for years...

Even if you don't intend to run or play this adventure (and WHY NOT!) this is a great set of minis that are well worth the cost.

Anther great set of minis

*****

So the website ate my original review.

Here's the basics. The price is so worth it. For the same cost of one metal mini, you get every mini needed to run the adventure. How great is that?

The art is really great. Jack just keeps getting better. I like the consistent and realistic style he's had on this adventure path thus far. Can't wait to see the next few, I think the barbarians and undead are going to be awesome.

And there are some really useful minis here. Want Pirates and Thugs? Check. Want exotic villains? Got those too. Want evil cultists or Red Mantis Assassins? Yep there in here. So even if you have no interest in this AP, if you run any games in an urban setting, these will come in handy.

You can check out the Paper Mini Instructions for free. They might help you see what the line encompasses.

Dude, these look great. Awesome job. I love what you did with all of the large sized creatures. They just look great. Something as simple as a Water Elemental can really make a difference.

And I love your red mantis minis. Keep it up. This was an adventure path i started and never really did anything with. For a variety of reasons we never got past the first part of the story. Your minis are making me want to revisit this adventure. Regardless, so many of these minis work in a number of urban settings, so even if I never come back to it I see them showing up in my games.

Thanks.

The Rajput Ambari is awesome (as are the rest of the Vudran-themed stuff). And elephants with howdah! Win!

Thanks for the feedback and the review, mike! The Red Mantis Assassins were probably my favorite minis of the set. I hope these sets get you to play the AP again!

Thanks Liz! The elephants (live and dead) were a lot of fun to paint!

This is awesome! CotCT is probably my all time favorite of the APs. As it turns out, I just got invited to DM a new group that's starting up, and guess what we're playing.

Really looking forward to using these. Dumb question: are you making minis for all six adventures?

I will review them as soon as I buy!

Cheers, and many thanks for doing these!

Hi Branding Opportunity! Do you mean the whole AP or just Escape From Old Korvosa?

Hi Mauricio,

I'm glad you'll get a chance to use them, any reviews would be welcome! And as Liz said, all six sets will be done and also a seventh set covering the bestiaries in the back.

Just posted some teasers. Let me know what you think.

Awesome job again.

This is a great set!

I love how you did so many of the NPCs and how you even made some of the "repeat" minis look individual with different color schemes and so on.

And the artwork is superb.

Keep up the great work. Well worth the $$$.

Thanks for the review, Levis! I hope you get a chance to use those elephants!

I continue my photos of paper minis/campaign journal with this part one of what honestly might be two sessions of Escape from Old Korvosa. Dependent on how my players react to the next section, this might be an extremely quick adventure. That's okay with me, but it's interesting.

Here are the photos of this week's game and some images of my styrofoam dungeon I'm working on for the next session. I'm super excited about that dungeon.

For the record, Blood Pig worked better in my mind than in game, but I was tired and maybe didn't do a good job of making my team work together. Oh well. At any rate: Photos

Enjoy. I had a blast getting this one ready.

Thanks for the pics and I like the styrofoam dungeon! Are ypu done with it or are you adding anything else?

I have a little more to do before I start painting it. I've had a lot of fun putting it together.

Well life happened and so I didn't have time to paint the map, but it was still awesome and added so much to the game. I had three different groups as moving walls and teleporting kept splitting the party. Pretty awesome. I'm going to take a detour and spend some time adventuring in Kaer Maga before moving on the the next session. But here are my photos of the last game.

I was just going to go post about seeing any new updates and saw that I missed this last post! Cool terrain, mike!

P.S. any updates? ;-)

During our game today I noticed that the Beatific One is not actually, as I have always imagined, and as the paper mini shows, a Large creature. It's actually Medium. I have no idea why I've always had large on my mind, even before the paper minis had come out...

Hrm, I thought I fixed that...
Thanks Zaister, I'll look into it.

Hey Zaister, I checked the downloads and the Beatific One is Medium. If you download the file again, it should be all set. sorry for the confusion.

Hm, weird. I did even get an email on July 13 last year that you had fixed it, and Paizo shows my last download as being from July 2012. I must have deleted the wrong version then. Sorry about that then, and thanks for fixing it!

I have now finished the adventure with my group, but I found another mini that is the wrong size: the belkers should be size Large.

Hmm...let me go check.

EDIT: You're right. Thanks Zaister.
