Can anyone post an itinerary of events, so i can sell this trip to the over 25 players I have at our local game store?

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

thank you.

This what i was looking for so my wife could play a sorcerer.

I made the order this morning only to find out my wife had one in the car she was going to surprise me with.

Thank you.

Will Paizo release the other classes in the same style as the one in the Beginner Box. I noticed they released the barbarian, but will I have to wait until an Expert set until sorcerer, druid, summoner, paladin comes out.

Wild Watcher

Sorry link is not work right look up callous jacks work 2009 Rastist, or a forum search for "rastist" might work.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

Ok, I have been playing this guy off and on since about 2009. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b179/kpbconn/Rastist.jpg.
This is my Halfling barbarian Rastists. He not mid-maxed he is just fun to play.
I pictured from the point of veiw as Paris Hiltons Chuwahah? Some cheliaxian princess status symbol. I originally thought of using paired Klars but The idea of some halfing gladiator thinking shields protected more and for every battle he won, he got add the weapon to his shield to do more damage to collect more weapons.

PS: If you have a problem with character you will get to see him up close at Paizo con this year.

Thanks to Callous Jack who drew up such a crazy character.

This will be my wife and I's first Paizo con. We will be playing in low tier games 1-3. How much game stuff do we really need to bring? I was thinking dice(his and hers), Figs, pencils.
Since we are playing low tier how many books do we really need? We don't have tablets so that is out of the question.

We will be flying in from Oklahoma and we are thinking of dressing up for cos play, what is the best way for get everything up there and not having it get trashed.

Any help will be great.

I guess what I am looking for is "The Swords" ala The Pathfinder Society Field Guide To be a faction. Fame could come from things like how many in your party survived the session or how many monsters you killed.

I figure the back story is he was enslaved early in his life and was some how feeded on to the streets of Absolom. With no real money or communcation skills he was to be a gladitor type. until the someone from the lodge thought he could be an asset to the pathfinders as a protector. He knows there are factions but doesnt care. Do the job keep them safe...er. get paid. do it again

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

So I am finally get sometime to play Society again and wanted to play a barbarian and as I look through the factions I can't find a reason to join one. I think what might be a good Idea is that there is a Merc. Society that's job is to supply the PAthfinder's muscle for their travel. Think meat shield R US. But I wanted to play a Kellid but could not find any of the factions he would want to join.

I moved before my November purchase arrived . Can it be shipped with my December shipment.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

I am looking for a gaming group in Tahlequah Oklahoma... I just moved from Stillwater Oklahoma that has quite the the gaming community. I plan to run a either Age of Worms or Rise of the Runelords?

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

Can we expect to see a gods collection of some sort.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Has anyone done a version of this or has Paizo.

Hello Canada is just to the north and it has most of stuff the protesters are wanting.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

Ok, question. If you don't like the way this country ran please be my guess to move to a socialist or a communist or Greece since they both and quit trying to change this capitalist one to one or the other. Oswald who thought communism great until he actually lived there. You are free to go. But you won't you will screw up this country up when your utopias are only a plane ticket away.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

I took the sorcerer crossblood(elemental)water and earth. I took Human with a 20 point build my two feats were expanded arcane twice because you loose a known spell crossblooded. I took Oracle wind next and plan on going up like this until Mystic theurge.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

What are the best feats for blaster style sorcerer?

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

I have read through some but not all so if I go over something that has been touched on I am sorry ahead.

So, what is rich? I think micheal moore is rich because he has more money than me. how about the reporters on any of these news stations?would any of these people give you ANY MONEY IF YOU ASKED THEM.NOOOOOO. They won't. It makes me angry that they are help pushing this agenda and are not living like the rest of us 99%.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

So....for my bloodlines I am taking earth and water genie. Spells known will be shocking grasp, burning hands, hydraulic push, flame shield

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

Take a look at the midnight fantasy setting. I think it will be what you are looking for.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

These are some great ideas thanks. I am going to take crossblooded sorcerer two genie style. Human race. Using the extra arcana feat for more spells at first level.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

Ok I love Paizo and pathfinder, but why can they make all scales for maps for 5' foot when dungeon crawling . Ok, second question why don't we get artwork of the town as the characters enter a town. Example since ravengro is the first town the character sees in carrion crown I thought a pic of of the town looking from the graveyard to see harrowstone on top of the hill would have been great to show the players.

Just an ideal. [/QUOTE

I played a summoner in my last game. I have played a druid that did that he would sit back and just watch them fight. I was looking for something more blastly.

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Well, I think Ian going to go with oracle of storm and then take sorcerer crossblooded earth / fire.

I am playing an orc/primal sorcerer (cold) right now and he's a blast at level 8. I prefer the inherent weaknesses in the class and not mitigating them going wizard after level 1, though its a vastly better choice.

Will I take a hit on higher level spells?

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

So, I don't usually play blaster, but I have always like loved the idea of someone who controlled the elements. So, the end result is Avatar state, without the asian martial arts. So, how do I get there?
I though about an oracle/sorcere(crossblooded), problems are that divine spells stink for elemental style spells.

So what can I do?

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

When is this suppose to air?

Grand Lodge brent norton (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Wild Watcher

Hear is one I am looking for: How about an AP were the heroes didn't win? Maybe you were the henchman or the a family member of the failed hero who didn't stop the worldwound from opening or the Whispering Tyrant from becoming a lich. Now you must go on epic quest to now collect parts of the mystic things that their blood has to bind it together.

I'm surprised this hasn't happened here in the U.S.

Yet.

Just wait. It's coming. I'm almost certain of it.

Plus, over here the average citizen has ready access to firearms and every single police officer carries a loaded automatic pistol. It's going to be ugly, mark my words, and the riots over here will make the recent Vancouver and London riots look like carnivals by comparison.

With all the issues going on with the debt ceiling crisis, the impending presidential elections (which, let's face it folks, no way in hell Obama's going to get a second term), and the unemployment trends.... yeah, there's pretty much no way this is going to end well.

We had something like this: The LA riots. Only difference is that the shop owners who had guns didn't get their shops destroyed.

I'm inclined to agree...it's the economy, stupid. However, given some of the GOP hopefuls, I hold out hope that the Republicans nominate someone unelectable. Assuming there is such a thing any more. After all, desperation often opens the door for authoritarians to seize control.
How about we just hope for the Dems to nominate a non-Obama?

Not going to happen. You see how the media attacks conservatives, what do you think they would do to a traitor in there own party. I wonder if the would call him racist or terrorist.

More ACTUAL news on the source of the riots

Quote:

Since the coalition came to power just over a year ago, the country has seen multiple student protests, occupations of dozens of universities, several strikes, a half-a-million-strong trade union march and now unrest on the streets of the capital (preceded by clashes with Bristol police in Stokes Croft earlier in the year). Each of these events was sparked by a different cause, yet all take place against a backdrop of brutal cuts and enforced austerity measures. The government knows very well that it is taking a gamble, and that its policies run the risk of sparking mass unrest on a scale we haven't seen since the early 1980s. With people taking to the streets of Tottenham, Edmonton, Brixton and elsewhere over the past few nights, we could be about to see the government enter a sustained and serious losing streak.

The policies of the past year may have clarified the division between the entitled and the dispossessed in extreme terms, but the context for social unrest cuts much deeper. The fatal shooting of Mark Duggan last Thursday, where it appears, contrary to initial accounts, that only police bullets were fired, is another tragic event in a longer history of the Metropolitan police's treatment of ordinary Londoners, especially those from black and minority ethnic backgrounds, and the singling out of specific areas and individuals for monitoring, stop and search and daily harassment.

Europe will be fully part of the Islamic world by the end of this century, and the US will be a strange, little Byzantine Empire.

I almost hope this happens. Think of the Democratic talking points....Now think of the islamic talking points....

You say conservatives are crazy?

Wait till a liberal thinking woman says something. You wont because they are not allowed to speak in public in Islamic.

Awe the death of liberalism... Praise Allah.

Tri-corner hat with goggles (sniper goggles?)
Leather vest (with requisit low cut V down the front)
Cross-shaped Dagger
Short Sword
Armored Long Coat
Leather Chaps

Beastmorph Alchemist : Hard to tell, it's halfway between human and ogre.

Scarred Ravager : Male Half-Orc with a lot of scars.
Dervish Dancer : Blonde Female Elf, dressed up like a musketeer, very hot.
Beast Rider : Halfling female. Honestly, she'd be a better magus archetype.
Merciful Healer : Male Dwarf (assuming it's male, it has a beard)
World Walker : Looks like a male gnome, green hair gave it away.
Dragoon : Heavily armored and facially scarred human female (native american bone structure).
Witch Hunter : Male Halfling (I think, or male Gnome).
Soul Forger : Female gnome.
Tetori : Human Male (built like an orc)
Divine Hunter : Elf male archer (from the blog preview)
Falconer : Halfling female, with giant falcon
Rogue (No obvious archetype) : Male elf, dressed like a scarecrow.
Spellslinger : Gnome female, with a tricked out gun that looks like it ought to be in Halo, glowing bits and all.

Thank you very much.

Artwork is awesome, as always.

Gunslinger Icon is female, and Elf, and very top heavy. :)

Ninja is female, and either Elf, Half-Elf, or Human. I lean toward human, as she has normal eyes, not the giant elf eyes, but she could be half and half. She's not top-heavy, in case you were wondering. :)

Samurai is human and male. He is top heavy, but it's mainly due to the giant pile of armor he's wearing, the helmet that's bigger than his shield, and the banner on his back.

I'm trying to gear myself up in the same way I geared myself up for the G.I. Joe movie - expect a 2 hour long cartoon that occasionally has real peoples' faces in it.

I think that Nathan Fillian looks more like Hal Jordan. Which is funny because he is the voice of Hal Jordan in the new DC cartoon which might be better.
