Everything She Does Is Magic!

Friday, June 3, 2011

Seoni is by far one of the most popular iconics we've ever written. The classic high charisma sorcerer, she's graced the pages of Pathfinder products from the very beginning. Now she can grace your desktop along with Alhazra, the iconic oracle, in this Inner Sea Magic themed wallpaper.

This wallpaper reminds me of how much I'm looking forward to any Cheliax-based devil magic that might be in this book. Oh yes.

There's only one thing that's sad about this wallpaper: It means Blue-Black Dragon's days are numbered.

Nope; got other things planned between now and the day Inner Sea Magic releases for Thursday posts.

Just different sides of the same coin.

Perhaps, but I think that's become somewhat of a self-fulfilling prophesy. Because she was originally the most popular, you show her off more than any of the others. Because she gets shown off more than any of the others, she maintains a lead in popularity over the others.

Down with Seoni! Up with Feiya! She's hotter, she's cooler, she has better powers, her familiar is better...she's just superior in all ways!

Shouldn't this be titled, "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" ? Just sayin' is all...;)

You underestimate her! Not just the little things are magic with Seoni.

It also helps that we got the images for Seoni and Valeros in SUPER early. In fact, for several months, they were the only two iconics we had to show off. it wasn't until Pathfinder #3 that we had Merisiel and Kyra handy... which basically meant that Seoni and Valeros had about a 6 month head-start on the fame (and during the most ground-breaking point as well, when we were first launching Pathfinder in the first place as a brand) when compared to the other iconics.

Actually, comparing against some earlier pictures, she's had reduction surgery (and possibly some sort of skin-lightening procedure).

Uh, James. Not sure it was the head start. Just sayin'

Call me crazy, but I'm not sure it was the writing. Maybe I'm wrong. I've been wrong before. Once, I think. But I might be wrong about that.

Well I do agree there is two reasons she is popular but I don't think either one of them is called a first iconic or well written... unless she has a funny sense of humor. :)

Can't we have them both...?

You know... in the car world it's customary to post pictures of a vehicle with angles showing it coming towards the viewer and going away from the viewer.

You know. Um. Front & back views, yeah?

So I was thinking that if it's not too much of a bother, maybe we could adopt a similarly... informative... standard. Perhaps justify it that it's more... immersive, letting us viewers see... the adventuresome wonders that... um... adventurers... treasure...

Never mind.

Nice wallpaper.

You may not be fictional, but you're definitely iconic to all the publishers whose books you've reviewed.

That would be here. ;p

And that list is not just "fictional iconics," they are "fictional iconic beauties."

That doesn't make me fictional, that just means some of my minions might write a book about me and my cult and disguise it as a harmless RPG book is all. :)

Well, now Seoni is using underwear? Big change. Or maybe she is these days? XD

That was needlessly crude. :(
