Irus the begger's perception didn't notice anything unusual. Although the Authorities are coming closer. Mostly half-elves, the Authorities all carry the Mark of Storm as a lesser dragonmark. How it is useful to them, they can only guess.
That's what Irus can see is the mark on their necks. They come and knock on the door. "This is the city watch, let us in."
Gramaton opens the door "I would like to make a statement. This unconscious man is an Inspired and escalated a burgeoning brawl using lethal force." He stands aside to the let the city watch into the building.
They look all around. "And you didn't stop it?" their leader says.
"I assisted in incapacitating him using non lethal means, that is the means at which I de escalated the situation. Once he was incapacitated the brawl began to simmer down. I have previously been informed that the Inspired were dangerous and his quickly resorting to legal force reinforced this impression in my mind."
Citlackhad looks around at the damage done to the tavern and decides not to step into the conversation as he is decidedly biased.
"I'm still trying to figure out how the brawl started so fast." Citlackhad mutters.
"Legal force?" the captain asks.
"I miss spoke. Lethal force. A group of half elves seemed to initiate the fight but he used lethal force."
Oh, yes! I was just singing and saw what happened- first some punches... you know how boys are!- and then suddenly, a blade! So cruel...
"A blade?"
A glowy one, Jessilel makes hand gestures indicating what it looked like, Oh, I don't know anything about combat really, it just appeared in his hand!
Citlackhad turns to the guards and explains the situation.
"He is a Soulknife. He can channel and condense psionic energy to form a semisolid blade that is usable as a weapon."
"I see. Well, we'll take them in," said the City Watchman. "Although soulknives are dangerous, they are always armed with their blades."
"Bind his hands. Even for Soulknives a blade is useless is if cannot be swung." Citlackhad demonstrates this with his hands held behind him.
And so they bind his hands and take him into custody. Everything's quiet in the tavern.
"The reaction to the Inspired was most curious, the group of half elves seemed to get agitated with him and resort to violence over a very short period of time."
The city watch captain responds, "Well, we are taking everyone responsible into custody. Right now."
