First, I organized the scenarios by Number, going from smallest to greatest (assuming that is chronological). Then I moved lower tier scenarios up, and higher tier scenarios down, so that we would be in the appropriate level range when playing them. Then, I used this wiki to group scenarios connected by the same metaplot together as much as possible.

If we want to, we could play the Free RPG Day Modules to boost us up, we could do Destiny of the Sands at level 3 and Dawn of the Scarlet Sun at level 5 to stretch the season a little bit closer to 33xp. I'm afraid more than that (before we hit level 10) will squeeze out Port Godless (or some other scenario sown the line), but if there's a module for level 10+ to get that 33rd XP, I'm all ears.
I have a Module for level 13 characters, too.
I marked the two scenarios I either own or have played before. Even though I haven't played The Merchant's Wake in CORE before, if none of you have played it, I'll GM since I've already experienced it.

I have never seen the first steps one (although I do have it, just never opened it), but I am happy to GM any of the first three. Do we have a set rotation, or can we just pick to maximize new experiences.
And just to clarify, you can't get a GM credit if you already GMed the scenario in core, right? We might need to assign nightdeath first based on that in order to keep the xp levels right. The only one I have GMed in Core is Wounded Wisp (is that evergreen for GM as well?), so I should pick last as I may have the most flexibility. Right?

I meant Risen from the Sands, not Destiny of the Sands.
That would give us room for Risen From the Sands, Dawn of the Scarlet Sun, and one other scenario outside of Season 5--a module, special, or whatever. Is there a Free RPG Day module for level 7 characters?

I re-sorted to remove both Bonekeep Modules, insert two Free RPG Day modules, and put the Destiny of the Sands series in sequence. I had to move The Hellknights' Feast (part of one of the metaplots) a little later than I had it, but that should be fine. I don't think the metaplots are as closely tied together as, say, the multi-part series.
I also marked the modules that I could find some of us either own or have played.
I put a * before the name of players next to scenarios that they had played in CORE mode (which was none of them other than evergreens, which I ignored).
I put a ** before the names of players next to scenarios that they had played in non-CORE mode.
I put an x before the names of players that owned a module.

So, the real question is, who is doing First Steps? I can do it, although of the first 6 I would rather GM Wounded Wisp, The Confirmation, The Glass River Rescue or The Merchant's Wake, since I have played each of those before. But I am easy, and I know we have a couple of first time GMs here who might not want to go first.

I was thinking if any of us have already played First Steps they should run it.
I'd like to run The Merchant's Wake. I'll also take The Wardstone Patrol, but I would mildly prefer any of the Evergreens. Fuzzfoot could take Glass River Rescue. Then RyanH could run Destiny of the Sands parts 1 and/or 2.
Everyone else should claim 2 of the first 14 scenarios that haven't been claimed yet.
I'm thinking we should move Risen From the Sands to right before the Destiny trilogy to keep the desert theme going.

I have updated Maximos ... he is less max now, but can learn any spell! I he going to buy some scrolls before we start ... he's looking for a familiar, hopes to run across one in the next couple of missions ... at which point he will transfer the power from his bonded weapon to his new found critter (1st level rebuild)

Attrition has taken its toll on our rotating CORE campaign and we are now looking for two or three new members. To take part you must be willing to take part in GM duties when your turn in the rotation comes up and must also not have played anything in the list of remaining scenarios in CORE mode.
Ideally your CORE character should have 8xp (or a little more). If you have more than 8xp, you'll need to play at Slow until we are all in sync.
Fair warning, there was some kind of reporting mess-up (I know, big surprise) and all of our characters are considered non-CORE for some reason. Paizo has not responded to our requests to fix it yet, so fair warning, we have not been reporting our games since then--we're waiting for them to fix it first.
Other fair warning: we are not the fastest posting group, although I am hoping that some fresh blood will alleviate that to some extent.
Here is what we have left to play. It is okay if you have played a few of them in CORE as long as you are willing to GM those ones and no one else is in the same boat.

I would be interested, but my only core character is 4 XP, with a held level 7 credit. I will be able to play with you guys up until Dawn of the Scarlet Sun, and am only one XP out of range for that. With the way GM credit works, I could run something else at the same time we were playing in order to catch up a little.
I understand if you guys want someone closer to you in level, no hurt feelings if you think I don't fit.

Hey gang! I am happy to see that this group has survived.
My crazy schedule has slowed a bit, and I have spent the last few weeks really pulling back on games that were more work than fun, so if you want me to come back, I now have capacity. I just pulled Geo (arcane trickster path) out of an AP, so he is still only 7XP. Or I could bring in some new blood with a 9 XP Druid/Barbarian to help with front line. Neither are very social, though.

I have to apply my latest experience to him, but I have Polanco, who is a level 6 sword and board fighter (after I make some updates to his profile he is good to go too).
Only problem would be he is level 6 which is a bit out of range of everyone else.

I think I would like to play Amiri on level 4.
- For the first three games I would apply the credit to a first level character with 500 gp
- For the next three games I would apply credit to that first level character when he is fourth level.
- I will try to get six XP GM credit for the character within the next six games we play.
This ways the 1st level character will have 12 XP and be level 5 within the next six games we play together.
Does that make sense? ;-)
