The way I do sheets now is I copy and paste a template I made with Adobe Acrobat and then type in the players info/gold earned/event number etc, all the things that for sure won't change and then I print that out, giving it to the players the next time I see them so they can fill out dayjobs and their purchases.

The way I'm thinking it's going to be handled is that at the end I'll post the spoils of war, ask if people are going to spend gold/prestige and then do their chronicles myself, sending them the finished chronicle via PM.

@Roshan: Here is Filios again, for consideration. I will PDF the chronicle sheet from The Fallen Fortress to you tommorrow when I get to the office. Do you have an email that I can send it to?

I'd love to do it, I have an Inquisitor ready to go.

Don't wait for me. I probably won't participate, as the pacing of PBP generally doesn't suit me. Feel free to give my slot to anyone else who is interested instead.

I haven't played any PFS games yet, Is the faction terribly important or is it more for flavor. I just started re-reading all of the PFS documents, just looking for direction.

What is the starting gold policy?

Everyone starts with 150 gold.

I suggest you read this list of allowed material. All traits out of the APG (with the exception of those that modify gold total or leadership score) are allowed.

No Evil

This is all explained in the society guide to organized play page 5 chapter 2: character creation.

The only alignment restriction that PFS has is no evil characters.

You get to choose two traits, the faction traits counting as the campaign trait. (Campaign traits from AP Player Guides are not PFS legal.)

Starting gold is 150.

No, that's fine. Legal table size is capped at 6 but I usually find that with 6 people the challenges aren't as challenging but no matter.

You're still able to get in on this but hurry, everyone else is already set. I'm going to start the game at 10:00 PM GMT tomorrow, if you're ready by then you're welcome to join in but if not I'm sorry. I'm going to be running a few of these tables (not simultaneously) though so if you don't get in on this one you're welcome to try for the next. The same goes for the rest of the players, while I appreciate that we're all in different timezones PbP games are notoriously slow, I'd like to finish this scenario in at least 2 weeks.

Yeah, especially alongside a Silver Crusade! Though to be honest, I don't see you having too much conflict with us Shadow Lodgers, as our primary focus is the survival and fair treatment of our Pathfinder brothers. ^_^

It all depends on your means to an end! And no I don't see too much actual conflict there, just some fun RP opportunities. This will be the first time in an adventure that has faction missions though, so I'm curious how that works out.
