Unless people object, I re-roll initiative for them each round.
Attacks and Saves do need to be rolled, and a "natural 1" means it automatically fails. Skills, on the other hand, do not auto-fail. And if the DC is higher than the total skill, then they do not need to be rolled.
Lethal vs. Non-Lethal Damage: Per the PRD. 30/30, 5 hp down means 25/25, not 25/30. 30/0 means unconscious. 0/0 means death, bleeding out. -CON/0 means death-death.
Each level: roll for new HP.

I have a thought, and I would like everyone's opinion on it.
As it stands we have 3 melee types in the group.
We are about to add a dervish dancer.
Khayal has been using his bow more than his swords already.
He already has the stats for it (high dex), what do you think of Khayal focusing more on range? Perhaps even doing a little retraining? Having 4 front liners could get a little tight up front. Khayal would still keep his Kukris and could use them if he had to, but would just focus more on the bow. What do you all think?

The book has "Advanced Death Worm", and the PRD has a "standard" death worm, which has 3 different ways for the creature to poison players. It's poison, poison, and more poison. Between the Corrosive Blood (Ex) and Venomous Skin (Ex), you two were close enough to roll yet one last time. :)
And Yazi has a point. The demon down in the Cathedral had been down there for a couple of hundred years without eating, but it wasn't undead. So I took that to mean "self-sufficient", i.e., 100% efficiency with its' bodily fluids, which meant a geyser of liquid when you killed it. Drawing on Frank Herbert's Dune series for sandworms (as opposed to the Tremors movie with Kevin Bacon), they're filled with fluids as well, so there's a similar death experience.

There are certain bodily fluids Yazi is okay with being covered in. Bug goo isn't one of them.

I'm liking this "switch hitter" build. Khayal is able to offer moderate damage at range and then be well positioned for when we get ambushed in the rear.
Also I like that it fits into the group. (Totally un optimized).

To clarify that does not mean we want the bard to be purposely gimped, a competent bard is always well received. This group is just somewhere in the middle of the gimp <=====> over optimized scale. We hope you are somewhere near the middle as well.

I design characters with the goal of being useful.
I don't go overboard with optimization any means since the point is to play a character, not a stack of numbers but I'm not really in the habit if building characters who suck at their jobs either.

I'm not usually in the habit of building sub-par characters, but Bartan is my exception. He's really not terribly helpful in combat at all. LOL

Number One reason why actually playing the game trumps over-specialization based on a single premise. Play Rise of the Runelords and you'll get a Fighter6/Ranger4/Giant-Killer5. Or Rogue7/Wizard4/Arcane Trickster4. Or even Bard4/Rogue4/Pathfinder Chronicler7. You get the idea. You start off fighting goblins, never see them again after 7th Level, and end up needing to know anything and everything about giants by Level 12.
Yazi multiclass migraines aside, over-specialization doesn't last long in homebrew or Pazio Adventure Paths. Maybe in Pathfinder Chronicles, or similar 4-hour gaming. But if the goal is to live to a ripe old age with grandkids, min-max only works in gladiatorial battles.

If you're effectively immobilized then Radi has succeeded at his efforts. :) Now to find out if that poison cloud lasts longer than 1 round. I may just roll a d4 for it. Plus, the poison is on your clothes now.
Poison rules state "A creature can attempt to hold its breath while inside the area to avoid inhaling the toxin. A creature holding its breath receives a 50% chance of not having to make a Fortitude save each round."
So you still have to make a 50% chance on your turn.
