His healing magic spent, Lukasz gritted his teeth as he moved closer to the undead creature than he was comfortable with. Swinging his sword in an arc, Lukasz attempted an overhand chop that he hoped would cause some damage to the creature.

"Damnation!" Payn shouts as the Dexter hits the floor. "You are but glory to be won. So give up your meaningless lives now and cease thy futile struggle! How are we to claim victory when you refuse to DIE!"
She continues to rain blows down upon the foe, pressing the attack.

Cursing to himself as he saw the blacksmith go down, Lukasz grips his blade as he too presses his attack, knowing that he was drained of healing for the day.

Unsure of where the other undead is, as I don't see it on the map, but will attack it if possible.

Allyson can't help but agree with Payn's sentiment. The blacksmith's fall not withstanding, these creatures hardly felt a threat, but even with the flurry of blades against it, it remained annoyingly resistant.

Moving into the room, Leekoo looked all around for something that might help with the zombies.

Allyson times her strike for the creatures and pierces it though the chest once more. Feeling yet another solid hit, yet the creature still stands.

Allyson shifts the potion in her tail to her hand and lashes forward with her blade again, clearly distracted by her other actions, her attack is wildly inaccurate. It should still be distracting enough for Payn to take advantage.

Payn thinks Ally is going left, and is surprised when she messes with her tail and goes right. It causes Payn to skip her own footing and the blade looses much of it's accuracy.

Desperation beginning to fill his eyes, Lukasz lashes out again with his blade, now wishing his studies had focused on affecting the dead and not so much the living.

Payn shrieks in rage and keeps driving her steel into the unmoving corpses, stabbing them again and again until little is left that can be identified of the once moving death machines.
She looks around, trying to regain her bearings, the combat seemingly having lasted for an eternity.
Can we get a quick recap of what this room was and what the next room is? I think Leekoo did some scouting into the next room?

Dex stands and winces as the axe wound is barely healed, well the worst of it is but is still hurts.
"Well, we just came from the north so maybe head west? Although I don't remember seeing any doors on the way here that would have led south or west... Alright, I am confused, how did we miss that door?" Dex points at the northern corridor.

His sword getting caught in the corpse as it collapses to the ground, Lukasz stumbles a bit, partly from the corpse's weight and partly form his own fatigue. It is evident that the man was still unaccustomed to swinging a blade as he has been.
His breath slowing as Dexter got up, Lukasz commented, "Perhaps it would be wise for us to rest. My healing energy is spent, though I do have a few scrolls that could assist in the instance."

Payn stands, breathing heavily from her exertions of dissecting the foes. "Aye, I've no argument against a rest. We have the whole day, and it does us no good to die quick."
She sees a torso that still has a leg attached to it and jumps at it, bringing her blade down on it repeatedly.

Sorry, just had no idea what to do. My bombs did nothing, and I couldn't deal enough damage with my bow to harm them.
Not finding anything in the room, Leekoo and She flew back to the others. "Leekoo Weekoo not find stuff. Leekoo Weekoo find them tough."

Dex nods to Payn, "Yes, dusk to dusk that gives us time. We should withdraw and rest. Then come back, we have a accomplished a great deal already with more to be done but how much more is not clear. Then we can also discover the mystery of how these creatures managed to flank us..."

Allyson returns her potion to her bandoleer and hears everyone's suggestion to go and rest. "It may be better to find a place to rest here. It may not be comfortable, but pushing through the room with that black mist is not advisable."
Alone or not, she will move to the room the creatures came from. Searching the room for anything of value, as well as attempting to find out how the creatures got around behind the group.
Since everyone plans to rest I'll take 20 searching each part of the room with a Perception of 26.

"Leekoo Weekoo use some rest. Leekoo Weekoo be at best," Leekoo agreed with the others as he followed the horny lady back down the hallway.

"Concur," Payn mumbles, repeating sticking her sword into a pile of what could only be called "goo". "We'd best remain here. Who knows what could re-occupy this ground so dearly purchased."
Payn rolls a puddle of undead viscera into a small ball, rolls out her blanket, and lays down, her head resting on the ball of goo as if on a soft pillow.

Dex grimaces not agreeing with the decision but who is he to argue with women that handle swords as well as they do?
Derrick finds the farthest corner of the room away from the doors and checks it for hidden alcoves, satisfied he finds none, he closes his eyes to sleep off the wounds he has received.
Perception Take 20=26.
We heal HP at a rate of 2 per level so Dex wound get 6 HP back and his Infusions restored from the rest.

"As much as I would prefer to sleep in a bed, I agree that that creature would likely impede us on the way back in, should we decide to recover in the manor." Finding a corner of the room furthest away from the undead carcasses, Lukasz sets up a spot for him to rest. "Though this is set up as a test, it might be god to set watches. So long as I have some light, I can take a few hours on watch, giving our more injured some time to recover."[/b]
Lukasz has medium armor, though he would take it off before going to sleep.

There's nothing to find in here. There's an opened section of wall in the north wall a closed door in tge west wall and a destroyed door in the east wall. And Dex, no you don't. You gain 1 hp per level. Who has something besides light armor.
OK, then before he rests Dex will drink his second to last potion. CLW 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
