CMDDM:

sense motive: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
will save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21

I missed my turn because of Koan correct? Thus, I have 7 rounds of fervor left.
I would also like it to be noted that if I was paralyzed on my turn, I could still cast silenced murderous command, because blessing of fervor let's me silence it, and it would have no components.

I want to reply "If it wasn't, what could that possibly be behind you?

Castey Hexey:
Yeah.
You can't answer. You are paralyzed, deaf, blind, and koaned.

Megan:
It's your turn. He doesn't move at all.

CMDDM:
I'll save my cunning reply for later then

CMDDM:
"Would this question mean anything if we both knew that it did?"
Another swift action, another ki point, another unanswerable question. Megan also moves 10 ft forward.

The angel lands in Castey Hexey's space and readies an action to use holy word if he sees him move or do anything at all, just in case.

Megan:
You have to roll bluff.

Castey Hexey:
Do what you want.

CMDDM:
Sorry
Bluff: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (8) + 25 = 33

CMDDM:
I need to lose a round of duration every time I roll a save right?

Castey Hexey:
Yeah, but this time you can act. You are still deaf, blind and paralyzed.

CMDDM:
If I'm blind, deaf and paralyzed, I'm going to do the only thing I can. I cast silenced murderous command. I aim it at the square where I last saw Megan, or right in front of me. DC 18

Megan:
Castey Hexey attempts to cast a spell! It automatically trigger the Holy Word, and the angel also gets an attack of opportunity.

Castey Hexey:
You have to roll two concentration checks.

CMDDM:
2? Okay then.
concentration: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (13) + 15 = 28
concentration: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19

CMDDM:
The angel casts holy word as a readied action, calling for a DC 23 Will save.
Rounds of Deafness: 1d4 ⇒ 3 Negated on a successful save.
Rounds of Blindness: 2d4 ⇒ (3, 3) = 6 Reduced to 3 rounds on a successful save.
Minutes of Paralysis: 1d10 ⇒ 10 Reduced to 1 round on a successful save.
The angel then makes an attack of opportunity with its warhammer, using Power Attack and gaining a +4 bonus for attacking a paralyzed target.
Attack: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (3) + 26 = 29
Damage: 1d8 + 26 ⇒ (5) + 26 = 31
Finally, Megan makes a Spellcraft check to identify the spell that was cast.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (6) + 10 = 16

Castey Hexeu:
You failed the second concentration check and you lose the spell. You recieve 31 damage. Roll a will save.

Megan:
You don't know the spell he was about to cast.

CMDDM:

Will Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23

Castey Hexey:
Passed.

Round 3 is over.

CMDDM:
The angel performs a coup de grace on the paralyzed gnome
Damage: 3d8 + 42 ⇒ (4, 5, 4) + 42 = 55
DC 65 Fortitude save or die.

Castey Hexey:
You've been coup-the-graced. Roll fortitude.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

CMDDM:
Okay then. Goodbye world and thanks for all the fish.

Fortitude: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Castey Hexey dies.

The arena is once again cleared from the blood.
The two combatants are teleported into the arena, from a starting distance of 60 feet from each other.
Each one tries to determine what the other one looks like.

Aaron:
You see a translucent image of a kitsune. It's hard to tell the fine details, but he has nothing in his hands.
Elixir of spirit sight did his job.
You, surprisingly, win initiative with 45.
Remember to post your build in your alias.

Kaboom:
You see a kasatha with 4 guns in his hands. They are made in stone. He only wears a kilt. Roll initiative.

"Fight!"
Map.

CMDDM:
Aaron takes a 5-foot step forward before performing a full-attack against the kitsune with his revolvers. Second range increment, against flat-footed touch AC.
He activates his cyclops helm as an immediate action, getting a 20 on his first attack roll. He spends four grit points to use Up Close and Deadly on his first four attacks.

Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29
Damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 18 ⇒ (2) + (2) + 18 = 22
Critical Confirmation: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29
Critical Damage: 3d8 + 54 ⇒ (7, 3, 8) + 54 = 72
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 18 ⇒ (7) + (1) + 18 = 26
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 18 ⇒ (7) + (6) + 18 = 31
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27
Damage: 1d8 + 1d6 + 18 ⇒ (7) + (4) + 18 = 29
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Damage: 1d8 + 18 ⇒ (8) + 18 = 26

Total Damage: 22 + 72 + 26 + 31 + 29 + 26 = 206
206 damage if all attacks hit

The kasatha instantly shoots five times, killing Kaboom in an explosion of blood.
I really miss the words to describe this beyond what I wrote above.
It should be said that deadly aim doesn't work with touch attacks (lowering the damage by 32), but still. Ouch.
Kaboom, look at the spoiler and the build of Aaron.

Advanced Firearms wrote:
Advanced firearms resolve their attacks against touch AC when the target is within the first five range increments, but this type of attack is not considered a touch attack for the purposes of feats such as Deadly Aim.

It does look like I miscalculated the damage bonus, adding in an extra +2 for each attack. So only 198 damage. I could have added twenty-something damage by swapping the potion of heightened awareness for a potion of haste, but I didn't want to skimp on initiative. I was hoping that 45 would be enough.

Now I feel downright mean. Sorry, Kaboom!
