Heng closes with the nue and attacks in a rapid sequence, but only manages to land one solid hit. Parity swings around the edge of the room, and the nue snaps at his as he passes, but reacts too late and misses.

If more need healing, Kiyomi begins to sing. Spending 4 rounds of bardic performance to use a soothing performance, healing 3d8+12 to everyone listening.

In this post (#2706), who got these heals? If they all went to someone else, then my HP total is accurate. If I got one or more, than it'll be higher. We sorta glossed over it and started talking about other stuff. My failure for not tracking it to completion.

Kiyomi, seeing the shadows as one of the more pressing concerns, keepings singing, but in the middle of the song, silently screams! Casting ear-piercing scream at the left most shadow! Fort DC 17 for half and to avoid the daze effect. Sonic: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 2, 2, 6) = 15 damage!


Shadow A Fort save vs Kiyomi's scream: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 (for half damage... auto saves against the daze effect b/c its undead)

Kiyomi targets one of the shadows with her scream, making it hiss and recoil.

Shosaito laughs mirthlessly and steps backwards, into the shadow against the wall. He reappears in the opposite corner of the chamber, his form cloaked in the inky shadows.

@ Harlan... I failed to describe it in game terms, but the thick shadows around the western entrance act more-or-less like a fog cloud... you can see people within 5 ft, but everything beyond is shrouded and concealed.
