Back to the enemy! Waited a couple days for more posts, pressing on!

The Erinyes nods out of theway of the oncoming crossbow bolt as she remained completely fixated on ELoise. Their skin splitting open with the pass of Eloise's enchanted black blade, though Eloises wrists ached from the heavy resistance of the Erinyes demonic flesh. It didn't yield easily to her strikes. Surprisingly the strike seemed to have lessened the irritation the Erinyes had once shown, in fact the more Eloise injured her the more enthusiastic she became. A look of pure delight on her face as she unleashed her blade on Eloise once more, swinging with powerful strikes. "Finally, something with teeth! I'm make you beg yet!"

1d20 + 15 ⇒ (1) + 15 = 16

Though its swing goes wide, throwing off its balance and forcing it to focus on staying upright instead of falling out of the air...

Party is up!

Back, apologies.

Another crossbow bolt ricochets off the Erinyes armor. Though Adelram's ectoplasmic lash tore across the devils back. But she didn't pay attention to it, instead focusing everything on Eloise. She raised her blade once more, completely intent on destroying her opponent. But when she swung this time the blade merely passed through Eloise, the look fo shock was replaced with utter rage as the Erinyes cursed loudly...

Their form was becoming translucent and seemed to be rapidly fading. Before she faded completely though she spoke, looking directly into Eloise eyes and communicating her killing intent. "W... .ill .ee. ag.in." A look of dissatisfaction on the Erinyes face. With that partial speech she vanished from the material plane, returning to whence she came. Leaving behind a single black feather that laid at Eloise feet.

Aside from the Erinyes there wasn't anything else as a threat when crossing the bridge save for the bridge itself being rather unstable. Such as rope bridges were.

The far end of the demolished bridge clings to the cliff beneath a large building. A statue of a beautiful nymph stands next to a pair of double doors. Above the doors is a stained glass window depicting a unicorn. The Double doors stand before you, what do you do?

Female CG Human Bladebound Magus 6 | HP: 33/51 | AC: 21 (13 Tch, 20 Fl) | CMB +5, CMD +16 | F: +7, R: +3, W: +5 | Init: +5 | Perc.: +2 | SM: +0 | Speed 30 ft. | Arcane pool 3/6 | Spells: 1st: 3/5, 2nd: 2/4: Active conditions: None

Eloise utters a few choice swearwords when the Erinyes' summoning ends at this point, but grimly nods in response to the creature's challenge. "Count on it."

With the creature gone, the Magus looks at the feather and uses a piece of cloth to pick it up and wrap it for transport. "Yes. Count on it. Now. Is everyone alright? Can't believe that summons ended when it did..."

When the group comes to the door, Eloise calls a halt and scans the area.

"Well, Sour Heck, seeing as I didn't prep any spells for that purpose myself, either, I suppose we've no choice but to use the traditional way of breaking spells on doors."

The Magus draws her sword, raises a booted foot and applies it to the portal...

The doors fly open and the alarm spell dissipates as expected... Within this room is crammed with cabinets full of weird, alchemically preserved creatures, including a pair of ice mephit wings, several large spiders, parts of a dissected giant slug, and the digestive tracts and proboscises of three stirges.

Three doors, one on each wall, appear to be the only ways out of this room save from the way you entered.

Sunset, luckily, finds that keeping her distance from the displays leads to a rather interesting discovery. She discovers three vials that have fallen behind one cabinet near the northern door. The vials are labeled and each contains 1 dose of violet venom.

Adelram opens the eastern door and can see from the doorway that the room stores some unique items. This room is filled with weird-looking reserved creatures. Two elaborately carved and painted sarcophagi stand against the east and west walls. A pile of chains lies in the center of the floor.

Among the more unsavory creatures on display in this room are the tentacle of a froghemoth, a pickled intellect devourer, and a desiccated darkmantle.

Eloise detects nothing else of interest. Magical at least, still active in this room.

Frowning a little Sunset simply puts a shoulder to Eloise and 'barges' into the room, sword held ready (Though safely away from the... now falling?) Eloise.

Move through Eloise' square and hence as far into the room as possible to assist Alderam in combat.

I looked at the Dm's wonderful map. Though I think it needs a better updating? Moved things about a little but I did not want to place character portraits where I shouldn't *Bows*

Adelram's lash makes the mummy open its mouth in a fit of rage at being struck, being undead didn't detract from the strangely regal look it bore. Even now it looked gravely offended to have been struck by what it must consider a plebeian in social standings.

The mummy shambles forward, its stature rises to a more regal walk. Its overbearing glare piercing down at Adelram as the mummy swings its hand in an apparent backhanded blow...

Eloise knows everything there is to know about Mimic's

Its a funny thing when you lose all sense of feeling and mobility, the mind focuses elsewhere on things that seemed inconsequential before. Take for instance the chain in the midle of the room, now so viciously kicked around in the fight between the mummy and Adelram. Perhaps that was used to restrain the mimic before, as is a common practice for those interested in containing and studying such strange shapeshifters...

Adelrams desperate strike seems to only irritate the undead Osirion ruler who raises their fist in outrage. A lowly servant dares raise their hand to their master?! It must be crushed...

Adelram casts Remove Paralysis on Eloise.

Lingering Performance 2/2 rounds left Inspire Courage +2

Eloise, you are free of Paralysis, so feel free to act this round.

Eloise:

You feel the presence of something familiar nearby, having called it it was now very close.

A moment later a large shaped came loping its way into the room. Its scales a deep red as it looked around in anger for why it was summoned. Seeing Eloise its scales dim to a lighter grey before Sunsets strangled scream brought it charging past, crushing the display and splattering their contents on the floor in the process.

Sour Heck watches it go past and sighs with relief. "I thought it finally decided to eat me... Glad I was wrong." At this point he ceases to sing and brandishes his longspear. "Here we come Sunset!" Comically stumbling over the broken bottles and display he follows the beastly golem into the room.

Hound 'Flesh' Golem Raking 'Slam' Attack: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (12) + 13 = 25
2d8 + 7 ⇒ (4, 4) + 7 = 15

Reflex save vs Adhesive: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18

The hounds paw slams down on the Mimic's side, causing the creature to scream violently as the flesh golem hound yanks its paw free from the mimic's sticky adhesive.

Sour heck and longspear mimic: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16

Sour heck follows the flesh golem hound and gives the mimic a strong stab in the back with his Longspear, further injuring the creature before it wrenches his longspear from his grasp. "Well Shoot... I didn't like that spear anyway..."

The bad guys!

The mimic, beset from multiple sides now appears to have a change of heart or... whatever counts as thought for such a strange creature as it literally spits Sunset out of its sarcophgi mouth and withdraws to the farther side of the room. Which the DM didn't reveal yet... Haha... My bad. Its destination? a rather secluded doorway!

Sunset simply lays upon the floor.. still coming to terms with her saliva sodden as well as some what sticky state of being.

"Ugh....." She exclaims as she begins to take stock of her self and condition.

Adelram chases after the mimic and attacks it with his Lash.

1-Hand Ectoplasmic Lash +2: power attack, bardsong
to hit: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 9 + 2 = 19 to hurt: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12

Ref: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

????: 1d100 ⇒ 32

Adelram's strike makes the Mimic go completely still, closing up and appearing like a sarcophagus once more. Albeit a rather bloodied up one with a longspear, sunny's curved sword and now Adelram's lash sticking out of it. Much to its pain it's attempt at surrender stealth goes unanswered as the Hound, whose scales were crimson red once more, marched up to it and proceeded to pound it into the floor. Mercilessly striking until its tentacles stopped moving completely, splattering its thick blood across the floor with each strike...

Combat over!

With its target dead the hound stood inactive, its scales were starting to dim to a pale grey once more. Before it was fully grey again it turned to approach Eloise slowly. Merely looking at her, unblinkingly and with its usual empty gaze until it was standing before her. Unmoving.

Nothing moved in the room now, several of the large items were tossed about by the struggle but not like the table the hound had smashed through completely to reach Eloise's enemy...

Hmmm:

1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

It was then everyone heard a creak from above, the floor groaning loudly as the spiral stairs in the corner led upward to somewhere unknown.

(Saracen of Arshea)HP:10/37;Init+3;Senses low-light vision;Perception+7

Sunset struggles slowly to rise. Her torn and masticated clothing clinging to her wounded frame.

"That was unpleasant..." She mutters then stills as the sounds come from the floors above. Glancing towards the ceiling with trepidation she asks,

"Goddess let the roof not grow appendages!" She prays, then moves to try and help Eloise quietly.
