no nifty rules for nat 20's on a confirmation, I 've played 3 nat 20's in roll is an instant kill but not in this game. You need to move to hex F8 to attack the bowman. That spellcaster is dead already, i forgot to X him out on the map.
But you do slice the crossbowman in half with yoru attack.

Andrea stomps in and spits on Palaveen's corpse. You got lucky! Andrea kicks his corpse.
Andrea draws in several deep breaths to collect herself, he face and body drenched with sweat. First things first. We need to get the church baricaded since night is coming. Then we haul all the stablized bastards into a pile. Either we make a bonfire or throw them at the Dottari, they are finished either way.
Andrea sits down, looking utterly exhusted. Then we strip the bodies and see what else we can find. Why they kept doing these things.

Lucrezia and Tweaker you find all you ger that you ahd before, except the coin on your person. I don't expect that you would ahve been walking around with a thousan in gold anyway, there are safe banks in town. So make it a reasonable amount that was on yoru person.

Andrea gets to work going back up and barricading the front door and lighting torches to keep the front room bright. She does tend to move away from Janiven, seems she is too ashamed to be around her.
Andrea then hauls the senseless but still alive bastards into one area, strips them of everything and ties their arms. The equipment goes into piles for later sorting and magic detection.
