I did reach out to customer support and was told Paizo Advantage was replaced with Paizo Plus. I am not interested in the gamification of obtaining gold and applying it to future purchases to get the discount that was previously applied automatically, so I cancelled all six of my subscriptions.

This was my exact fear. Yeah, I'll be cancelling my subscriptions. That really sucks Paizo. I understand the business decision to do so, but that really guts me. I've constantly sung praise about how worth it is to get the subscriptions based on this to my play groups, and I'll no longer be doing so.

I'll still gladly support by going to my LGS, but I won't be purchasing via subscriptions or the store anymore, especially with the cost of shipping.

They did, but when I reached out to Customer Service about my Legacy Pathfinder Adventure path discount I was told only Charter Subscribers retain their discount in the new system, which is contrary to what Jim Butler told us before the store page launched. Waiting to get clarification on who is right on that one.

I got the same answer. I told them that I understand that they are busy, but they need to slow down and read and comprehend what is being stated, as I had stated in the email that "I should be a Legendary Paizo Plus Member". Then they replied with the "Legendary" 15% discount is a known issue, and it is being worked on.

I am waiting from some sort of response, but I am also looking at canceling all my subscriptions this weekend if we don't get some sort of meaningful response.

I will probably also pick up a stand alone Adventures sub.

I'm on the fence about a fiction sub. My reading habits have changed but I might still give it try.

Is there any way we could get a shipping schedule for the various subs/releases. It would help even if it was a simple "Expected <some month>" or "Haven't Released Name Yet Expected <some month>". I understand that these things can change so "Parking lot of the ballpark" would work.

They are working on a new "Release Schedule" page right now.

The Fiction Sub is personally my favorite sub. If I were not an employee, I'd jump on it. Purely as a fan, our books are wonderful. If you haven't read "Era of the Eclipse," or "Hellknight," I cannot recommend them more.

Hello:

- Adventure Card Game Society products are not listed -anywhere- on the store.
- Adventure Card Game (physical) products exist on store but can only be found by searching. a search reveals their URL is https://store.paizo.com/other-games/card-games/pathfinder-adventure-card-ga me/ but if you go up one level to the 'card-games' category, there is no category or product listing for the adventure card game products. Meaning no natural way to navigate to discover the products if you don't already know they exist and explicitly search for them.
- having separate product listing for PDF and physical books is unfortunate, as this splits the reviews for otherwise identical products.

Only one question from me. It looks like the third party items I have for sale transferred smoothly to the new store but it seems my consignment management options have vanished from my account settings. Will that eventually be added back?


Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber

I haven't been following anything about the new store but received a different kind of email regarding my upcoming subscription. After I figured out that I have to have two different accounts for the old and new content, I discovered that the subscription discount listed in the new site, doesn't reflect what I currently have.

I currently have Legacy Paizo Advantage & Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path. 

It is hard to sift through all the comments and get a clear answer.

Is the new store ending these Legacy discount programs?

I just noticed today that all my subs had vanished. I've gone and restarted them but hopefully missing Wednesday won't mean I miss the December releases.

I have no idea whether I really had Legacy status - been an AP/rules/setting sub since 2010 and Starfinder since go. Not sure if that make me legacy or not, and it seems like it might not matter.

Edit: Kinda sad that all my now defunct subs won't appear on my account anymore, like Dragon magazine and the Adventure Card Game. Was nostalgic seeing those from time to time.

I created a new store account, purchased a few new digital sourcebooks.

They show in my library fine, even though we're unable to see if it's the full PDF or the segmented one without clicking on the preview.

I have located the full PDFs I want to download, but when I try downloading them, they pop up as new Chrome pages and I'm only able to preview them as XML files viewable as a PDF with the Chrome internal PDF reader. I am unable to save them as PDFs to my hard drive.

The zip file versions download properly.

I assume this would be looked at when figuring out all the kinks?

Update on my subscription order.

Looks like a a discount was applied. 15% to both lost omens and ap.

As a legacy adventure path subscriber I would get 30% off of the ap, customer service said they are only applying charter subscribers discounts from the old system, we were told that legacy adventure path subscription discounts would carry over before the new store launched by Jim Butler on the forums.

Disappointed in being told they would carry over and either they aren't, or the CS team doesn't have accurate information and we are not getting it clarified here when it is brought up.

Also not getting clarification on if battles case subscribers will still receive the 30% discount on singles that we previously had or if we are now limited to the 15% standard discount for spending 750$ a year. The 20% discount on the epic monsters is also less than the 30% we would have received before as being a case subscriber.

Feeling like the advantages we have had are not translating to the new system.

Many thanks to the CS team applying the discount, it must have been done manually because my purchase history still hasn't transferred over from the last year


Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber

During the last 5 days, I tried 6 or 7 times to migrate my account to the new shop (as per the "Forgot my password" procedure), but with no success. I got a few mails to reset my password but they arrived some 20 to 24 hours after the request, and the link they contained was no longer valid by then.

Anyone else had a similar problem and could find a solution? (The email address I use for my Paizo account is a gmail address - not sure if this might be part of the problem or not).

(I sent a mail to Customer Service 48 hours ago but no answer yet - I guess they are overloaded.)

(Update to my previous message) The delays were caused by a problem with the forwarding from my gmail address to my main email address, so I finally managed to get a hold of a valid link to reset my password.

But I will also add my voice to Yoshua's previous message: it looks like my legacy AP subscription -30% promotion was not taken into account, even though we were told it would be. That's quite disappointing.

Still no gold; CS told me it would be added eventually.
My sub skipped the 17th and is now coming next month.
I can't get discounts for Foundry Modules for things I already own in PDF.

I am paying more for less, am getting confusing 'gold' which really is not ideal (nobody likes gameification of discounts), and I'm not actually even sure if my subs are even still correctly applied.

Very confusing and frustrating.

OK, now I'm more confused. I checked today, and apparently the 30 gold I had accumulated has been spent on something called "Opt Out" and I appear to have no Tier. Is this a glitch? Is it a temporary workaround for the first order while kinks are worked out? Does it mean I'm back on Advantage? Am I in neither Advantage nor Plus? It looks like I now have a discount on Draconic Codex...

I checked my upcoming subscription order and volume three of Revenge of the Runelords now has a $4.50 discount. For a total of $25.49. I had Legacy Paizo Advantage & Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path. So Adventure path volumes had been $20.99. Is one of the discounts no longer being utilized?

I'm in the same boat as you. Based on the email sent, it seems to indicate Legacy Adventure Path subs will have a larger discount but they couldn't get them in the system in time for the December subs (authorizing in November).

I would love a verification that I read that email correctly though.

My reading of the e-mail is that some people who had the Legacy AP discount will see it, why some and not others is unclear. I'm ok if it's not hooked up this month, but if that's true it would have been better if customer service hadn't told me it was being discontinued. It feels like even within Paizo its unclear what's going on.

If the Legacy Advantage discount had to be skipped for this month, no biggee, but I'd really like it to be applied again for the next AP volume, which will be the first quarterly one. Also, still not in the correct tier, I should be Legendary. But I think they are still working on that.

In any case, thanks to CS for all their work!

They're doing several things manually as a workaround to make sure everyone gets what they need! We're glad it's been helpful so far!

Very likely a glitch! Definitely reach out to Customer Service as well! If you have already reached out, just hang tight as they'll get to you as soon as they're able!

As others my sub now has the 15% but not the legacy advantage on the AP so the AP volume is $25 instead of $20.

It is really concerning to me that no one from Paizo has spoken up to clarify what is going on here.

Also the fact that there was such huge pushback to Paizo gold and the gameifcation of our loyalty, and James assured that we would keep our discounts and now we are being told differently by CS. Did you guys not discuss this internally and did you test the system before flipping the switch because it really feels like it wasn't? I don't like or want to have to criticize a company that I have supported and praised for so long but it is hard not to have these feelings at the moment.

This I think is a side effect of paizo blogs/posts tied to store pages no longer function like they did. That is why Maya is making separate posts for blogs here for us to discuss.

For example the original post where discounts were talked about now has no discussion on it and will link to the store if you click on it. However I found that I can still see my posts in my post history and find the discussion, or at least the pages I posted on, that way.

Product discussions functionality being lost/diminished is not great. I think moving forward if they make an official post on the forums it would be beneficial on the store page to link to that discussion if possible too.

Gold:

I ordered a case through the mini mayhem, order was about 250 after shipping. This order is not showing up as gold. It is in my order history, the price shown there is without the discount from Mini Mayhem, but the only thing showing up as a purchase counting towards gold is the .06 cents charged for starting subscriptions.

The Portrait view of the mobile version cuts off a lot of menus. Rotate to landscape and you will see the link.

In better new it looks like they are getting around to applying Legacy advantage. My subscription page is now showing Apocalypse Archive with 30%($9) off instead of 15.

Cheers to the CS team I know it has been a crazy week.

As for everything else I have said in this thread still stands tho. The communication of the intent of things with customers and other teams needs work.

Reposting to this thread, since I know not everyone reads through all the boards.

I wanted you to know that we are reading through your reports and prioritizing the bug fixes. There are additional bugs we have found that are behind the scenes and some of those are taking priority over a few of the more public ones. We are working on them as quickly as we can.

We're going to be taking another deep look at the Library based on all the feedback we've received. Keep those bug reports coming, but I don't suspect we'll have any significant changes for the Library until after December. The priority here is to make sure PDFs purchased in the new store are appearing in your library. A vast majority are working just fine, but we know that Operation Orias is one of those that is not. It's a priority for us to fix that.

Legacy Paizo Advantage and Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path subscriber rewards are being carried over into the new store. We'll be sending an email out to those customers once we have migrated their accounts and subscriptions over to the rewards in the new store; it is not an automatic process. Both of those groups are customers that have maintained an active Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription since the launch of Pathfinder.

Paizo Plus tier calculations are not yet working correctly. Part of that is an internal bug we've discovered, and the other part is our partner taking longer to bring people into their tiers than we expected. We definitely want to see that fixed in the next few days, but we are reliant on an outside vendor for that.

Thanks again for your patience. As much as we tested this in sandbox environments prior to launch, wee know we missed some big ones.

Hello,

I'm trying to use some Woucnher codes on New Store and none of them work !

They are supposed to still be valid, but going to expire in the coming month. It's a big amount, than I save for now. What we can do ?

I thought that the people who have been constant AP suscribers since the first volume are the Charter suscribers and Paizo Legacy Advantage was another program for long-time suscribers, who also were suscribers during the first edition period? Now I am confused.


Hi Maya. Is there a link to the PFS Iconic/Pregen characters anywhere on the new site? It came up on Reddit that folks can't find them.

They are still downloadable if you have the direct download link or have them in your account as digital content, but pretty hard to find otherwise.

Agreed, and this feels like this is the source of miscommunication that has been plaguing this changeover. My 2e receipts have always shows the Legacy Paizo Advantage as their discount and I am solidly a subscriber since Hell’s Rebels

Magnuskn has it right, and yes confusion.

I am a legacy pathfinder adventure path subscriber and am not seeing the discount from that applied. I also got told by CS via my email ticket that only Charter Subscribers are receiving an extra discount.....

I'll email in again with the the new announcement attached because I am not seeing the legacy pathfinder adventure path discount on my order and according to the current announcement I should be.

Is there an update on when credit cards will be charged and PDFs released for subscriptions today?


Someone may have already asked this, and if so I apologize for the repeat (and a link to the answer would be appreciated):

I just recently logged in to check my account, and I can only see my most recent purchases in my downloads, not the literal YEARS of purchases/downloads I made before the site update.

Am I missing something (like a link to my older downloads)?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
