Store search is not even minimally functional.
Search suggestions are generic and terrible. It doesn't recognize your own products. If I search for the Pathfinder AP "shattered star", I get "Did you mean: starter star". Choosing to refine the search REPLACES the search instead.
This search gets over 1,000 results, in mixed products. I have to know *exactly* or I don't find it. The list of brands shows variations on Starfinder, but not Pathfinder.
I can only see 12 results, although it really does have as many as it says. I can neither see more results on one page nor switch to another page (nor keep scrolling downward, which is extremely annoying website behavior I would never recommend, but it is still better than this). If I sort by ascending price, the lowest item is pennies and the highest a little over $2. If I sort by descending price, the highest is over $500. So I really am missing hundreds of results, all of which I literally cannot see.
The filters on the left are geared towards miniatures: level (which is a bizarre option), material, creature type, size... not print vs. PDF. If I were to go by the store search alone, I wouldn't even think Paizo sells roleplaying games.

Minor bug report:
On the Pathfinder landing page, the description for Battlecry carries a header for Monster Core 2 instead, and the description for World Guides starts with a little over a sentence about Starfinder Adventures before it gets to talking about Lost Omens stuff.
Likewise, on the Starfinder landing page, the description for Alien Core carries a header for Player Core.
No action was required to create these bugs apart from going to the linked pages.

Code for displaying the pagination are there but was left commented out so this should be a easy fix for them.
BUG REPORT
The links to sanctioning documents and chronicles for PF1e modules are giving 404 error. Same issues for the various sanctioned AP volumes.
The new store only allow 1 coupon/voucher per transaction.

Emailed customer support as well, but I had a gift certificate code from a con earlier in 2025 that I never spent, but "activated" on the previous store website, so it used to show up as store credit when I went to my cart on the old website. The credit/certificate is gone although I remember a post saying it was supposed to carry over.
Just updating that customer support resolved my issue. Big thanks to everyone keeping things running.

My payment methods have not carried over.
I've been a subscriber/superscriber to Pathfinder lines since volume 1 of the adventure paths. This is all rather concerning.

When searching through the available products, the Sort By: Newest doesn't seem to actually sort by the newest item. For instance sorting the Pathfinder 2e Remaster rulebooks by Newest brings Rage of Elements to the front of the list and Player Core 2 to the end of the list.
Related, selecting the List view and then selecting a new sort by criteria, the List view still shows as being selected but actually reverts to Grid view once the sort finishes.

I know I already posted, but now I see Paizo Connect listed as fixed, but it is not working for me. I am trying a new connection to Demiplane and whenever I use the code from the new store it simply says there is an error. I tried generating a new code, but that still does not work. I don’t think new Connect codes are working.

I have received my subscription item confirmation via email and from my subscription manager, but it appears that my discount is not showing. Is the discount hidden, or is this an issue that needs to be resolved? Additionally, I have no idea what the shipping cost and taxes will be, which makes me feel quite uneasy.

From the Subscription-Manager page, selecting more options for one, Cancel, cancel, try to click on a radio button, but if you slightly miss the button, the pop-up closes.
You should have to hit the submit/confirm or the cancel button to close the dialogue; and the active/focus area of the click should be the text and radio button.
I understand the upsell/double cancel prompt even if I think its a customer-hostile, standard industry pattern, but the close the box because of a click slightly off the target is definitely an extremely hostile user experience.

My subscriptions had carried over Monday and Tuesday but they disappeared today. I tried adding them back manually but they didn’t show up after the order confirmation.
Safari browser. iPhone. Was navigating from Wishlist to subscriptions.

The digital downloads section is terrible. After all this time and effort, you made it worse. I can't believe nobody knows how to organize downloads into proper categories that are easy to reference.
I've spent more money on this company's product than any other I've ever purchased (not counting services). This is really disappointing. How hard is this?

Here are my concerns so far:
1) As with other international customers, my country had been changed to United States (from Germany); also a non-english character (the german umlaut "ä") was not being displayed as part of the street name.
I was able to manually correct my address in both cases, but this seems like a potentially big issue if it gets items shipped to the wrong country (and sometimes missing characters in street names could also cause misdeliveries - though in my case, the post office would likely have been able to figure it out).
2) In the library, there now no longer seems to be an option to download the books as a single pdf, instead i can only download the chapters individually, or a zip-file of all the individual chapters combined. I really, really would like the single-pdf option back!
3) Is there a way to actually see all of my subscriptions? Under "subscription manager" it's currently showing me the next products being shipped, and also some subscriptions that will apparently next ship something (no product names listed) in january. But there's no overview of all my subscriptions (in this case, I can see planned shipments for all 5 of them, but it's not clear if this is meant to be displaying the next shipment for each of my subscriptions?! It might just need better labeling).
Also, I used to get a free PFS subscription based on the number of other subscriptions, which now no longer is showing (it might still be there, but I don't see an obvious way to check; at least there does not seem to be a planned delivery for the next published scenarios)
4) The store page for subscriptions does not say "you're already subscribed to this" when I look at, say, the "Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription". Nor do individual adventures say "You already own this product", or "This product is part of your subscription xyz", like they used to. I'm not sure if such a check would occur later during the check-out process, but this information should really be displayed on the product page (like it used to).
5) For convenience, there should be an obvious link back to the paizo homepage from the store front page. When I click the big paizo logo on the top left, I'm being taken to "store.paizo.com", which is okay for sub-pages of the store. But on the front page of the store, this should take me to "paizo.com" instead. (Yes, I can work around this via the links to the forums or blog, but still...)
6) Not really store related, but the main page used to have a link to the planned release schedule for the next few months. While the page itself is still there (I have it bookmarked), there no longer is a link to it, and I don't know if there are plans to keep it up to date. Please keep this page, it was a good way to plan ahead and look forward to what's coming next.
On the plus side, the page is now considerably faster, so I'm still hoping it will be an improvement over the old one, as soon as all the bugs are ironed out! :)

The Organized Play blog post indicates that the new scenarios are available but I am unable to fund an add to cart or purchase button on the product pages (specifically for 1-09 and 1-10 Starfinder scenarios).

Subscribers are finding they can't add items to their subscription order/"sidecart", though those of us who added items in the first day or to hva ethe option to remove items and possibly adjust quantities (I do not wish to test that functionality). Is this in error, or because current subscription shipments are being processed.

I recently re-added my subscriptions as needed with the new website. For rulebooks, I only added Starfinder Rulebooks, not deluxe or pocket.
I wanted the deluxe versions of some books, so I went to add them to my subscriptions. I found that if you select deluxe and do add to cart, it will only put the deluxe edition in the cart.
However if you select deluxe edition and then press add to my subscriptions, for me, at least, it put all the versions in. Hardcover, Pocket, Sketch, Retailer and Deluxe.
So for each of the 3 rulebooks I wanted in deluxe edition, I had to go to manage subscriptions and delete all the other versions.

On 11/17, I purchased the GamerMats Wayne Reynolds Sketchbook Deskmat. Today, 11/19, I received an invitation to review the Captain Concierge Plushie. I don't own this plushie. (He's real cute, tho...)
That's...unexpected. Have you ever purchased that plushie?
The review system is supposed to wait 14 days before it sends you an email asking you to leave a review. This is to give products time to be delivered and for you to be able to review them before asking for a review.
We are getting a lot of reviews so far. Most people have been nice.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree that the suggestion is not helpful and we'll investigate some options.
I've updated default search behavior to only show products that meet the requirements of all words you enter. Before it would show you everything that contained the word shattered and everything that contained the word star. I agree that's not helpful. That changed the results from 1399 items to 97.
The filtering options show up if a product you're searching for has an applicable filter list. With that said, I agree that it's still showing some options that don't exist. I'm guessing that's a reindexing issue that will be fixed with some time.
The ability to filter by format is a really good point that we should have thought of...

Can you give me a few example pages? I looked through a few and they were working for me.

The order page is reflecting the wrong total for my order. It didn't apply the discount that's going on right now -- it reflects undiscounted the retail price.
That's kinda weird for an order history.
We saw that happen as well. We need to fix older orders but it shouldn't happen any more. The reason it happened is... complicated. But we are wiser now.

I don't know how to add in the library the free rpg Day pdfs.
There isn't a Digital Content filter and adding the product in the cart doesn't add both kind uf product (physical and digital one).

Apologies for this issue. Special characters had a very difficult time during import and some were stripped out. BC supports them once you're in the system, but not during the import. I suspect this as some kind of legacy formatting so it shouldn't happen any more.
Please note that you have two addresses to manage in BC, your account address and your subscription shipping address. Subscriptions always ship to the subscription ship address.

Can you give us an example? I see both versions in the library options I've looked at, even though they're both named the same. We have some significant updates planned for the library.

We're aware of some display issues in the subscription manager. This is a known bug that the vendor (Ordergroove) is working on, but we don't have an ETA for you.

Digital subscriptions are no longer supported in the Paizo Store. We've asked for this feature from our vendor but don't have an ETA. You'll be able to earn gold through Paizo Plus to get free society scenarios, cash off purchases, and other perks.

This page shows an image for the SF2 Alien Core Foundry token pack, but there is no link, and I can't find a product page https://store.paizo.com/virtual-tabletop/starfinder-accessories/
That sounds like a bug, considering the product is already on sale via the Foundry Marketplace.

Apologies that this has happened to you. Please sign up for any missing subscription products you're missing. The deadline for subscribing for the December releases is this Sunday, 11/23 before midnight Pacific.
Paizo Plus tier reworks are underway, but without an order history we'll need to come up with another solution for you. I have a request in to the vendor (Yotpo) on how we can address issues where customer history didn't get imported.

Is there a way to update shipping method if you want to go fromUSPS to UPS?
Subscriptions will always choose the least expensive option when mailing your purchases. If you purchase products outside of subscriptions, you'll be able to choose which shipping method you'd like to use.
We know that many of you would like to set a specific shipping method for subscriptions and we have asked Ordergroove to support that.
