You can change your appearance at will, as disguise self with a caster level equal to your oracle level. At 7th level, you can choose to actually transform, which works the same way but counts as a polymorph effect instead of an illusion and doesn’t allow a Will save to disbelieve. At 11th level, the ability lasts until you dismiss it or use it again, allowing you to even keep it active while you sleep. At 15th level, when you use this ability as a polymorph effect, you can gain the size bonus to your ability scores and additional racial abilities as if using alter self.
References Disguise Self which is a 10 min/ level spell, so until level 11, it only lasts 10 minutes per oracle level. However, the "at will" part means you can recast as many times a day as you wish, using a standard action.

No. It still works as Disguise Self, maintaining the same duration, limits on how much you can change, and so on.
The "counts as a polymorph" effects are:
- you can't stack it with other polymorph effects and most (if not all) size-changing effects;
- things that pierce illusion don't pierce this effect as it is a physical change;
- when someone uses Detect Magic the oracle detects as under the effect of polymorph magic.
