UPS Mail Innovations: Status on fixing the tracking?

For a while now, the UPS-MI tracking links haven't been working at all. Recently, someone at Paizo said they were working on this, and I was wondering if this is still the case.

The reason this is so important for me: If I try to get information about a package that's super late, the second UPS sees a blank tracking, they blame the shipper. I can't get my local USPS to so much as fart at me until I can prove it was put into their hot little hands.

This is something we are still working on. I believe we know the cause of the issue now, but it is still happening. We don't have a timeframe, but rest assured that a fix is in progress.

I'm bringing this thread back from the dead to see if there's any update on this. I'm mostly concerned because next month will be a very expensive month for many subscribers, and I'd really hate not to know where over a hundred dollars worth of books are.
