Beginner Box PDF version clarification

Hello, I have two interesting questions about the PDF of the Beginner Box. I want to play the Beginner Box with some friends. I went to my account to download the PDF of the rules, I saw two versions of it. The OGL and the ORC.

My first one:

The ORC is clearly the remastered version of the 2nd edition, but is the OGL the rules for the 2nd edition? It is not stated on the upper right corner of the cover, but the content seems like the hard copy I have. Or is it the 1st?

My second one:

If the answer to my first question is that the OGL is the 2nd edition, before the ORC, what is the difference between the two versions? Should I use my hard copy, that is for sure OGL, or the ORC version of the PDF?

Thank you very much in advance for the help on that. I am really lost when it comes to the PDF and what document is what version.

Please Paizo, make the “My Download” clearer for what is 1st edition, what is 2nd edition and what is remastered. Please.

I think i saw a compilation of changes on reddit somewhere, but can't seem to find it right now.

I saw a complilation of the major changes posted by Paizo about the OGL and ORC. But I found nothing about the Beginner Box.
