What's going on with product reviews?

I really enjoy looking through the various Paizo APs in the store and checking out what people have to say about each book, in order to work out what to run next. After a few months of not doing so, I wanted to take a look at some of the newer 2E APs and found that lots of reviews appear to be either missing or hidden in some fashion, judging by the addition of empty lines throughout the review tab.

I know Paizo was dealing with an epidemic of serial "1 star" reviewers that don't leave a comment. Did they go through and just wipe out all those reviews?

That was my first thought, but there seems to be detailed reviews of stuff like Lost Mammoth Valley that are blanked on the review page but visible on user's lists of reviews. Not quite sure what's going on there.

There was at least one user who explicitly admitted to giving 1-star reviews to pretty much every 2e release, none of which they actually owned.

A bunch of trash people are making trash reviews. Even if you dislike a product, if you don't own it or interact with it in any form, don't comment on it. Spamming reviews to get back at Paizo, because of their stance, is trollish and boorish behavior.
