Hello, is it possible for an automaton armor to make an armor innovation on its own reinforced chassis ?

No, the Inventor armor is a unique item, and Automatons with that feat can't ever wear any other armor.

However, as always with your questions, in a home game the GM can allow it if they want. In PFS it's a hard no.

No, the RC is 100% mutually exclusive and you can never wear any type of Armor once you select the feat.
