Minotaur brawler and Flurry

Rules Questions

Let’s say a minotaur with 3 brawler levels has the Feral Combat Training feat and so can integrate its gore attack in its brawler’s flurry.
Does it do 1 unarmed strike attack + 1 gore attack, or 2 unarmed strike attacks + 1 gore attack?

Feral Combat Training only works for Monks and in regards to Flurry of Blows, and not Brawlers and Brawler's Flurry.

For Monk, you replace unarmed/monk weapon attacks with natural attacks when using FCT, so the number of attacks stays the same. It would be a sensible houseruling to do the same for Brawler with FCT, i.e. for your example making either 1 unarmed strike plus 1 gore attack, or 2 gore attacks.

I thought brawlers counted as monks for feats.

Brawlers do count as Monks for Prereqs, but RAW their Flurry is not the 'flurry of blows class feature' specifically mentioned in the Feral Combat Training feat's text (it has neither the same name nor explicit text stating it is same ability):

Brawler’s Flurry (Ex): Starting at 2nd level, a brawler can make a brawler’s flurry as a full-attack action. When doing so, a brawler has the Two-Weapon Fighting feat when attacking with any combination of unarmed strikes, weapons from the close fighter weapon group, or weapons with the “monk” special feature. She does not need to use two different weapons to use this ability.

A brawler applies her full Strength modifier to her damage rolls for all attacks made with brawler’s flurry, whether the attacks are made with an off-hand weapon or a weapon wielded in both hands. A brawler can substitute disarm, sunder, and trip combat maneuvers for unarmed attacks as part of brawler’s flurry. A brawler with natural weapons can’t use such weapons as part of brawler’s flurry, nor can she make natural weapon attacks in addition to her brawler’s flurry attacks.

At 8th level, the brawler gains use of the Improved Two-Weapon Fighting feat when using brawler’s flurry. At 15th level, she gains use of the Greater Two-Weapon Fighting feat when using brawler’s flurry.

Martial Training (Ex): At 1st level, a brawler counts her total brawler levels as both fighter levels and monk levels for the purpose of qualifying for feats. She also counts as both a fighter and a monk for feats and magic items that have different effects based on whether the character has levels in those classes (such as Stunning Fist and a monk’s robe). This ability does not automatically grant feats normally granted to fighters and monks based on class level, namely Stunning Fist.

You were taught a style of martial arts that relies on the natural weapons from your racial ability or class feature.

Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus with selected natural weapon.

Benefit: Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite.

Special: If you are a monk, you can use the selected natural weapon with your flurry of blows class feature.
