Haven't read it all yet, but it's so cool that this revisits the locations and NPCs from the awesome Harrowing module by Crystal Frasier.
That module and The Dragon's Demand are my 2 favorite modules from PF1.

noticed an error in a hazard - Shadow maze routine CF gives the "incapacitated" condition - should this be stunned? paralayzed? something else? F is slowed 2, so gotta be worse than that at minimum

PSA - looks like the letter keys in Kho are mis-placed in the physical book. I thought I was going crazy and misunderstanding things until I checked the foundry version, which appears to have them correct.

Basically, the Map assumes that the Enclave is Location A, and bumps all the other locations back by one step (so the actual Location A, the Academy is marked as B, B -> C, C -> D, D -> E, and E -> F - there is no location F).

Chapter 3 mentions something I cannot seem to find anywhere else.

"The order in which the PCs explore the Harrowed
Realm is up to them, but three events will take
place as they travel. The first of these, Event 5, takes
place automatically the first time they arrive in the
Harrowed Realm."

Were these three events removed? They don't appear at all.

It 2nd this. There seem to be references to events that are just missing altogether.

The events turned into encounters, keyed to specific locations in that chapter. Originally many of those encounters were "free roaming" ones that could take place anywhere, but I chose to link them to specific sites to encourage and reward the party for exploring key locations and also to support those encounters with interesting maps.

But then forgot to strip out the mention of those encounters' original incarnation as events.

So you can just ignore the bit about there being events at all. All that content is still in the chapter, just now it's located in the form of encounters at interesting locations.

Sorry about the confusion.

Something I'm highly confused by: why is Voricose now a velstract?

I mean, I get that some of storykin have been converted to velstrac, but text refers to Voricose as one member of the original invasion force when he was Cyclops storykin in Harrowing module. Is this just an error?

Like everything makes sense if I just assume original invasion force is editing error and he is just another converted storykin

That's an error. He should be another converted storykin.
