4-99 Repeatable?

I noticed the store page lists the Repeatable Tag.

According to the OP Guide that means:

(As a side note big props for extending the special back up to level 8, it's clearly a lot more work, but I think makes a big difference for letting our most dedicated Players/GMs feel like they get to bring out their special high level characters that don't see much play)

Hmm, I think I left out the question at the end when I copy/pasted before posting.

Just wanted to make sure that it wasn't in error, that unlike previous specials this one is infinitely repeatable instead of having limited replayability.

Just for extra clarity:

Is 4-99 full repeatable?
