I would love an ap all about & focused on alchemy!

Pathfinder Adventure Path General Discussion

alchemy is the strange 3rd thing in pathfinder 2e after magic and martials but it's my favorite thing in the system I would love an ap that really focuses on what it's capable of both good & bad .

(no I don't count outlaws of Alkenstar that i feel like was more western hiest theme than the good and bad of alchemy.)

since the demon lord of alchemy was brought back to pf2e in impossible lands Haagenti! the ap would center on his creations & such. it would be 11-20 in my mind 1 because we have enough low lvl aps & not enough high lvl stuff& 2 it seems paizo wants to put out more 3 parters cause they sell better

book1 starts in either Alkenstar or the other big alchemy focused nation (not totally familiar with Golarion as a setting) were reports come in of alchemist trying to modify things to create more fleshwarps as well as other alchemist items to be faaar more destructive

book 2 the pcs learn that the true objective is to make a dark philosophers stone that can do much more than just transmute metal & create the elixir of life stuff like make undead create super fleshwarps. make elixirs that grant magic like abilities. able to summon haagentis demons ect or something. they have to track down the alchemist who's doing it while fighting off these new alchemy creations & enhanced cultist

book 3 is learning the stones been made & now they have to destroy it or seal it away or there could be a way to neutralize it

ap would include tons of new alchemy items including the philosopher stone varient Haagenti boons/curses a dark alchemist archetype focused on fleshwarping or a Frankenstein doctor ect

I would love this thoughts? idea's?

I mean, Outlaws of Alkenstar centered on a disruptive alchemical invention - I don't think it's fair to discount the central McGuffin as somehow not counting.

My preference for an alchemy AP would be in Thuvia; it's *the* alchemical nation on Golarion, and could play not only with current innovation, but also the historical wonders of alchemy and invention that the Jistka Imperium once explored.
