I have received a message indicating that my character folio is shipping but no sign of my anniversary edition of Rise of the Runelords that was supposed to ship in the same shipment.
Is this a mistake?
Please, I have being waiting all the week for it and now there is no sign of it.

Only one more question. I undestand that ROTR Anniversary edition needed to be shipped in a different shipment, but three? It is not too costly for you?
I am only trying to understand why the character folio has been shipped in their own package because I keep on thinking your customer service is the best in the world.

Sometimes, it's actually *cheaper* to ship things in multiple packages, due to weight limits or content restrictions with certain shipping methods. Our system is smart enough to know when breaking things into smaller packages will save you money, and responds accordingly.

I´m really thankful because in my country, as a result of the economical problems we´re suffering, the government has doubled the staff in the post office and they´re holding all the shipments that come from out of the european community that over 40 euros to charge additional taxes.
Two of my friends in Spain had their copies of the advanced race guide shipments held for this reason. I was lucky.
This way I have an opportunity of not having my copy of ROTLR Anniversay edition held in the post office.
