It looks like there is a change of format for the next Pathfinder Battles set: Impossible Lands.
Impossible Lands gallery at MinisGallery.com
The order information available to retailer's on WizKid's Solicits page, reflects the following:
Impossible Lands consists of 6 Boxed sets of miniatures:
97538 $79.99 Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands - Impossible Foes Boxed Set (8 minis)
97539 $79.99 Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands - Accursed Constructs Boxed Set (8 minis)
97541 $49.99 Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands - Heroes and Villains Boxed Set (8 minis)
97542 $49.99 Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands - Masters of Magic Boxed Set (8 minis)
97540 $49.99 Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands - Mukradi Boxed Figure (1 mini)
97543 $79.99 Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands - Adult Umbral Dragon Boxed Figure (1 mini)
While the image names for these sets include a reference to a miniature number (ranging from 001 to 047), it appears that only 34 minis will be included in this set.
I'm hoping that someone from Paizo can please answer these questions:
1. Has this set been changed in format from 47 minis in a random booster box format to 32 minis to a visible box format?
2. Can you advise if the other 15 minis cut from this set will also be offered/available for sale any time soon?
3. Will this be the new standard format for all "core set" Pathfinder Battles miniatures?
4. Will this also be the new standard format for all "core set" Starfinder Battles miniatures?

Due to a number of logistical issues the format of the Impossible Lands set was changed after the initial set was planned from booster boxes to visible boxes (you'll need someone from WizKids to explain more about the specifics).
Some minis were cut from the initial, larger set list to accommodate the change, but AFAIK, the change happened early enough in the process that actual molds were never made, so I don't know if they'll ever be released in a future product. The last I saw of them were digital renders and paint guides.
We are working internally on clarifying how this change in format will affect Pathfinder Battles case subscribers. We'll share that info as soon as we've got it figured out ourselves, but we're still months away from these coming out so there should be enough time that no one is caught unaware of changes.
As for your specific questions:
1) Yes. There will be no randomized boosters for Pathfinder Battles: Impossible Lands.
2) As I said above, that's unclear at this time, but if I had to guess, I'd say no. The cut figures likely won't fit thematically with other sets in the works, and didn't make it far enough along the production process to justify shoehorning them in where they don't make sense.
3) Until WizKids tells us that the economics of producing randomized boosters makes sense for them again, this is the format we're going to be working with. We have the next set after this one in design now, and it was conceived with this format in mind from the beginning.
4) We have another set of Starfinder minis coming as soon as possible, and AFAIK the format of that set has not changed from its original booster-based configuration. When WizKids solicits that set, we'll be able to talk more about it. But as of now, it will continue the same randomized booster format as Planets of Peril did.

Will be interesting to see what happens moving forward if we are moved away from booster boxes.
Everything I've been told by WizKids was that this was a temporary change to accommodate changes in the economics of international production and shipping. I have every confidence that future sets will return to the standard model once things settle down a bit.

Do we have any information on how moving away from a blind booster case will affect subscriptions? I see the impossible lands coming up, and then also the goblin special release.
Even if we don't have info now, do we have a time frame for when that info will be out for us?

Wizkids is posting up the Impossible lands stuff on their site.
Question as a Subscriber:
Will these be automatically sent out as subscription items?
Will it be a pick and choose but discounts still applied?
When will they be posted up in the Release Schedule?
Will/When Will the pre orders be posted on the site?
Thanks!

Wizkids is currently giving a release date of Q3 2022. Given that Q3 ends at the end of September (this month), I doubt that date.
Minisgallery.com has a more plausible date of November 2022. They have preview pictures here.

These are now up for pre order but I don't know if I am supposed to pre order them or if they are automatically included in the subscription....
Also, when adding them to my cart they give the 15% for Advantage but not the 30% discount for the Battles Subscription.
Thanks!

Mika answered that they are NOT a part of the subscriptions, quick response! The Battles 30% discount isn't being applied yet but Mika knows about it and is looking into it!
Kudos to Mika for being quick on the responses!
