Ways for an inquisitor to share his Bane damage with allies?

As the title says, i remember there was a spell or feat to do that. Help please?

Take a level of Occultist and choose a TRANSMUTATION IMPLEMENT (for Legacy Weaon), then you can hand out floating 1-minute bane enchantments to your allies as a Standard action. If you take the RELEQUARIAN archetype you get Mental Focus based of Wisdom, which will work better for an Inquisitor and is thematically appropriate.

I don't know if there's a way to do it in-class for an Inquisitor.

You may be thinking of Shared Judgment or Lend Judgment.
