I assume the stairs are going up, not down?
Also waiting on the result of the 24 perception roll ;)

Knowledge Planes Check: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19

Drea would like to know immunities/resistances and special attacks.

"It is an aghash div - an outsider from a fell plane!" Drea shouts out, brandishing their greatsword and moving towards the evil creature.

Move 20 feet.

Goblinblood Jade Regent King's Land Seeker's Folly Dwarves

Round 1

Drea- you know they are immune to Fire + Poison, resistant to Acid + Electricity, and have both Spell Resistance, and DR overcome by Cold Iron OR Good weapons; for special attacks they have a Sandstorm ability, and a Cursed Gaze- which it can use to cause Shaken, Stunned, Confused, or Damage (assume it is stunning if you fail for now); it also has spell like abilities including Spectral Hand and Bestow Curse
You also know that Protection from Evil makes you immune to these Div's gaze

Anyone who passes within 30 feet of the Div on your turn will need to make a will save vs. the Gaze (Fort DC 16), unless you are averting eyes (50% chance to not need to save) or blindfolding yourself in some fashion

The Div tries again to touch Ram with the Spectral Hand:

Round 5

Penthesilea's shots hit and destroy the Ankhat!

As you search the room, the only remaining item of note is the pool itself- it appears to be magical, and upon closer examination you think that drinking it's water would aid in casting abjuration spells. [ooc]Game terms, if you drink the water, once in the next 24 hours you can cast an abjuration spell at +1 caster level and +1 to its save DC[ooc]

You can go to the east through either the northernmost single-wie passage, the double doors, or the southernmost double wide passage- or you can backtrack to the stairs down at this point.

As the creature crumbles Ram huffs, spitting onto the pile of rubble;
"Are we to expect more of these Akhats?"

He takes a drink from the pool, making the sign of Horus before quenching his thirst and wiping a wet hand across his forehead.
"When we are ready, I am with you Rogarch- the narrow passage"

She heads (with Ram) to the narrow passageway.

D3:
[i]An immense tiled pool, empty and no more than two feet deep lies beneath a vaulted ceiling covered with images of celestial beings. Four columns stand beyond the pool to the northeast, each carved to represent one of the four primal elements. A ring of hieroglyphs encircles the base of each pillar.[/b]

Knowledge Religion DC 15:
You recognize that the pool’s water
did not symbolize life, but rather a melange of all creative
energies.

Knowledge History DC 15:
You realize that such large, shallow pools were not uncommon in ancient Osirian architecture, particularly on temple grounds, though this one is unusual in that it is indoors.
