Can someone help me build Erasmus?

I really liked the artwork and story for the 1e iconic Medium.

I was thinking Bard with the Enigma Muse would be the best baseline. I remember there being a conversion guide when 2e first came out that recommended taking Cleric Dedication at level 2, but with more books being out, I think Oracle Dedication is more in keeping with the supernatural and creepy nature of the old Medium's powers. A lot of the details can be worked out from that skeleton.

But, I don't know how to get him to be good with the Starknife. Any advice?

How good is good enough?

Bard is primarily a spellcaster. So weapon attacks are generally going to be secondary actions at best.

You can throw a starknife with Telekinetic Projectile.

There is Weapon Proficiency. Though it doesn't scale.

Weapon Proficiency at low levels and Fighter Archetype at higher levels after you pay off the Oracle Dedication.

Those are the main options that come to mind immediately. I'm sure that there are others.

That is a better plan than I had (which is none). Tbh, I never considered carrying a Starknife around to use as "ammunition" for Telekinetic Projectile. Thank you!
