DM here:
So Adaptive Casting states
Select three spells from class spell lists you can cast spells from. They must be at least 1 level lower than the highest spell level you can cast. Once per day, you can cast one of these spells as a spell-like ability. Each time you gain a caster level, you can change which three spells you have selected with this feat.
and Technomantic dabbler states
Choose two 0-level technomancer spells and one 1st-level technomancer spell. You can cast the 0-level spells at will and the 1st-level spell once per day for every 3 character levels you have. For these spells, your caster level is equal to your character level and the key ability score is Intelligence. If you later gain levels in technomancer, you lose the benefits of this feat and can replace it with either Spell Focus or Spell Penetration.
from what i see in the interaction, picking up technomantic dabbler should allow for adaptive casting to include technomancer spells. unlike one thread i saw about the witchwarpers "eldritch secrets" where it stated you add the spell to the witchwarper list... technomantic dabbler simply says you chose 2 cantrips (screw "0 level spells") and 1 first level.
on the other hand adaptive casting states "select 3 spells from class spell lists you can cast spells from" so i can see how it would be argued that getting the spells from technomantic dabbler wouldn't qualify as "class spell list you can cast spells from" just that you're getting 3 spells to use a limited number of times. but it also doesn't state they are treated as SPA's either... you are "casting the spell" and the spell comes from the technomancer list...
any thoughts?

I think it'd work? Technomantic Dabbler clearly says you have an effective Caster Level, and the verbiage is deliberately "class spell lists you can cast spells from" rather than, like, "a spellcasting class you have levels in" or something more exclusionary.
The prereqs on Adaptive Casting mean you need to be at least level 7 to pick this up...and the wording on what level spells you can pick limits you to only lvl 0 spells for Adaptive Casting. So, honestly, if a lvl 7 character wants to spend a feat to get 1 additional casting per day from a choice of three cantrips...I mean, hardly seems like a concern. Go nuts, I'd say :D

I think the concern is being a level 7 mystic, taking technomantic dabbler and adaptive casting, so you could pick up three level 2 technomancer spells that you can cast one of once per day.
Which feels a bit like an exploit. Not necessarily a problematic one, but I'd think about disallowing it on general principles.

So it takes 2 feats and you get a couple of cantrips, 1 first level technomancer spell and at 7th 1 actual casting of a 2nd level spell. I think it is OK because you can keep updating your selection as you advance, and it will get higher in level, but you also need that 19 in your primary caster stat and a 15 in INT which is doable by 7th but requires a very particular type of build. It seems completely fine to me and far more likely to be underpowered than unlocking some devastating combo. Any saves on that spell are also going to be hurt by being tied to INT instead of your primary caster stat. Maybe with a Precog there is something since they already use INT, but when it comes right down to it the feat is only usable 1/day for that highest level spell which is always going to be lower than a bunch of other spells you can already cast so I still don't see an issue.

I don't immediately see an exploit, but I do immediately see that you're spending two feats by level 7 to essentially replicate the akashic mystic's level 18 capstone.
I agree, there's probably not anything gamebreaking, but it reads like an unintended interaction.
I think this is more a problem with adaptive casting's wording than technomanctic dabbler. As is, it seems like you could also take a one level dip into mystic as a technomancer to pick up some mystic spells once per day. That does not seem intentional.
