Oh gods, another grift campaign to milk their captive audience of reactionary OSR members that give the rest of that niche of the hobby a bad name.
I'm actually not even sure it's a good idea to even laugh at this given that it just gives the sad-sack more attention.

I'm moderately curious to see just how quickly this would be dismissed if it went to trial.
"Your honor, the disclaimer placed on the product unfairly targets us"
"Objection your honor, this company is not the original developer of these products nor are they in any way affiliated, having only exploited a filing deadline to take the name TSR several months ago. Move to dismiss."

What was going on?
Them folks still at the New-TSR [after the Giantlands/Wonderfiled split] are now crowdfundin' to fight WotC in the courtrooms over something...I guess. ;)

The TSR suit has been voluntarily dismissed, and WOTC's counter claim has been filed with the Trademark Arbitration Board citing fraud in LaNasa's application to claim ownership of the trademark.
