Does The Slow spell affect magical flight?

Slow spell is a transmutation so does that only affect physical movement or is it all modes of flight such as magical based movement?
I.e Fly Spell

Yup.

It's not slowing your muscles, it's literally putting you in slow motion.

(It should probably also decrease fall damage, but it doesn't. Oh well, next time.)
