This order get's charged every week or so, then authorization expires and it is charged again. Is there something else I need to do to see it finalized and the books ship?

Oh no, I'm so sorry! It looks like that order got a little stuck, so I went ahead and moved the items over to a new order and gave it a good nudge towards the door. The new order is #36723551 and you should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well :)

I have not received this order that was shipped on the 24th, and the USPS tracking linked in the order shows no information. With all the problems I have had with this order, could you check on your end?Thank you.

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 11/24 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4 to 8 business days would be tomorrow 12/8. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. However, we have seen some delays due to the global shipping issues and the holidays, so we recommend giving it until at least the end of the week. If it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up :)
