This order get's charged every week or so, then authorization expires and it is charged again. Is there something else I need to do to see it finalized and the books ship?

Party finally formed. All neutral of one flavor or another, and a neutral good Champion. Not sure how durable they will be though. Champion, rogue, sprite druid, sorcerer, and a summoner. That seems a little light in the healing and tanking. We will see.

Oof. Not good to hear. I want the hardback books (special edition if possible), but need the .pdfs. Well need wins out. Sniff.

And to further clarify - you only get the PDFs for books that ship as part of the Subscription shipment. So for example, if you subscribe to the Adventure Path line, but you then order a physical copy of an older Adventure Path issue, you don't get free PDFs for those older items.

The PDFs attached to subscriptions are only added to your account when the book actually ships. Typically there are two emails that go out to each month for subscriptions: the first one that says what your subscription contains and what the total cost is with shipping, and then a second one that says "your order has been shipped". For instance, for my October subscriptions, I got the first email on Friday, but have not gotten the second one yet.

Happy to start subscribing, but I had a question. Probably a misunderstanding on my part. If you have a subscription are you not supposed to get the pdfs for books that you buy?

My order #36664331 had two books for the subscription. When do I receive the pdfs as it has been over a week? I was coming in today to purchase two more books that would be covered under the subscription but I am loathe to do so until I know if I will be receiving the pdfs. Pdfs are more important as we play online, so info on this would be appreciated!

Thanks for the input. I tend to agree with most of what was said above. One of my players want to be a hero, three others are ok with being heroes or outlaws depending on circumstance and the final guy likes to play evil and metagame. Currently pushing me to play a Kitsune of Beastkin heritage...

So.. How would it work if the PCs were less then good in this Adventure Path. Like the sound of the AP, but don't want to spring for it if it is not a good fit.

I ordered everything and my books arrived.

Fwiw, I did see some people who preordered the lot omens campaign guide (rather than subscribing) have a problem with their order waiting for everything to arrive. Customer Service had to manually separate the lost omens book out of their PF2 order.

It looks like you’ve got a subscription so it shouldn’t apply to you, but perhaps it would be worth posting a new thread in the customer service subforum, just in case (?)

I think it's just luck. I ordered pretty much everything there was to order and I got it all last week even though I live in Germany. Hang in there!

Seriously. I am excited for this edition and look forward to supporting the process through to August next year. The group will be getting together on Saturday to go over the rulebook and create characters (perhaps play). With all the negative posts, just thought I would add a positive one. We have time to input, be positive and allow for change.
