Scrolls and Wands; Talismans and... what?

If we observe a Wand is a 1/day scroll (roughly), then there's design space for permanent Talismans. The price is easy: +2 levels.

What would be a good category name to use?

For example, there's a Onyx Panther Talisman listed as a level 2 item. A permanent version that could be used once a day would be a level 4 item.

But what to call the category?

I didn't know the Talisman properties were replicated as weapons and armor.

Plus, Talismans work more like runes in how they're affixed to items...
