I guys. First of all, sorry if someone has already did this question, but I couldn't find this in anywere.
So, the Leap rule says:
You take a careful, short jump. You can Leap up to 10 feet horizontally if your Speed is at least 15 feet, or up to 15 feet horizontally if your Speed is at least 30 feet
My question is: if my speed is, for any reason, lower then 15 feet, I would be unable to jump? Or, in other words, I will jump 0 feet?

You would not be able to Leap at all, yes. You would have to use the Long Jump action which will increase the distance of your Leap to the desired distance, and where failure would result in 0 feet of movement rather than the normal 10 feet. But remember that when you Long Jump you can’t Leap farther than your Speed.

Wait, you can Leap 5 feet no matter how low your Speed is.
Quote:If you Leap vertically, you can move up to 3 feet vertically and 5 feet horizontally onto an elevated surface.
You could also just stride the 5 feet instead of leaping it. Since you will end up standing in both adjacent squares at some point anyway, I am not sure what difference that will end up making.
