Subscription question about pending order

I have currently a subscription for the special editions of rules manuals of Pathfinder 2e.

I'm waiting for Guns and Gears and when I go to see the order it says "pending" and "authorization expires Friday".

Do I have to do something else on my part or is this normal?

I took a look at the order and it looks like it left our warehouse on 10/19 and should be on its way :)
