Is there any reason customer service is not responding to post where Paizo has taken money and not provided the products. If I have not heard anything by Friday will dispute the credit card charge.

I'm very sorry to hear that you were missing items in your order. I went ahead and created a replacement order to be shipped out to you as soon as possible. I am happy to say that I got my replacement order and it had the 2 missing books. The order is complete. When UPS had the order not tracking information was available. When they handed it off to USPS the package showed up on their tracking system. USPS is trackable if you sign up for informed delivery a free service.
I did have a quick question. If more than one book is being shipped with a subscription does it still go out USPS priority or does the shipping method need to be changed?
