Order 36667613 missing 2 books

I should have 3 books in the order. 1 Grand Bazaar and 2 Guns and Gears. The order says complete and 3 items. I only got 1 Guns and Gears. I still need 1 Grand Bazar and 1 Guns and Gears. Can this please get resolved ASAP.

Is there any reason customer service is not responding to post where Paizo has taken money and not provided the products. If I have not heard anything by Friday will dispute the credit card charge.

Is there anyway to know when the warehouse may ship this replacement order. Since it is going media mail and I ship priority mail it is going to take a little longer to get to me?

I am happy to say that I got my replacement order and it had the 2 missing books. The order is complete. When UPS had the order not tracking information was available. When they handed it off to USPS the package showed up on their tracking system. USPS is trackable if you sign up for informed delivery a free service.

I did have a quick question. If more than one book is being shipped with a subscription does it still go out USPS priority or does the shipping method need to be changed?
