I am having issues purchasing the PDF directly from your website. I tried to complete my purchase but when it would get to the final step of asking for my card verification number, I would just get a spinning icon and then nothing. It would just sit at the same screen with no prompts. I then tried to purchase it again since that didn't seem to go through. It was then that I noticed that it said that my payment method was declined, which was strange. I tried re-entering all my info and got to the same final card verification step. Once again it just sat there with no prompt. I checked my digital content and my email and I had nothing. After a few more failed attempts, I checked my bank account and noticed that I had been charged 5 times. My account on paizo.com still shows nothing in my order history. Please help me refund the extra purchases and to actually get the PDF added to my account. Thank you for all you do!

When an order is placed, we immediately authorize your card to ensure that it can be charged when we ship or fulfill your order. An authorization is a non-monetary transaction that merely checks with your bank to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds. Each time you retried the card, or we retried to process the order, your bank was pinged. When this happened your bank put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end.Your card was declined because it did not pass the address verification system check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the information entered for the card on Paizo.com and the information your bank has on file for the card. Because the card was declined we cannot finalize those authorizations. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. Please ensure that all the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again. If you believe that all your information is correct you will need to contact the issuing bank and let them know what is occurring.
I have reversed these authorizations on our end but please allow some time for it to be reflected in your account.
