I love you products, but it just isn't working for me. I have quadruple checked the card info and billing address. I really wanted to purchase this product but I guess I will just wait for the new content to be put online.


I am having issues purchasing the PDF directly from your website. I tried to complete my purchase but when it would get to the final step of asking for my card verification number, I would just get a spinning icon and then nothing. It would just sit at the same screen with no prompts. I then tried to purchase it again since that didn't seem to go through. It was then that I noticed that it said that my payment method was declined, which was strange. I tried re-entering all my info and got to the same final card verification step. Once again it just sat there with no prompt. I checked my digital content and my email and I had nothing. After a few more failed attempts, I checked my bank account and noticed that I had been charged 5 times. My account on paizo.com still shows nothing in my order history. Please help me refund the extra purchases and to actually get the PDF added to my account. Thank you for all you do!
