I gave my gnome bard player access to the human FCB for extra spells. He's not the most optimal of players anyway so it wasn't going to hurt anything, but I also agree with what a few others have said about FCB... encouraging... certain optimal race selections because of the comparative benefit of various options and am not a big fan of that specific aspect anyway.

Aside from that minor niggle, I like 'em.

Maybe just take out the race requirement for favored class bonuses so anyone can pick anything their class has to offer.
