My order was (Shipped Tue, Jun 22, 2021 (package 3400466)
UPS has no tracking info for the order. I would like to know what is going on.
It's been almost 2 weeks now. Is it just sitting in the warehouse with the shipping label on it? Has it been lost?
I have emailed customer service and tried calling as well with not response from either. Please let me know what is happening with my order.

Hello Zandra,
This order shipped out on June 22 and had up to 8 business days estimated in transit. It should have arrived by now, so it sounds like it may be lost in the post. I have set up a replacement for you that should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation.
If the postal service misses the first scan on a package when it ships out the tracking will often not update, even when it is scanned later.
Since we are still work from home we are not in the office and unable to answer phones.
