It's me. Look, sit down. We need to talk.

Back in July 29, 2020, we talked about how our little arrangement wasn't working--you didn't take my subscriptions into account and overcharged my credit card.

Welp, it's happened a third time, and I cannot continue to support a model that cannot manage to function as intended.

Love your products. I'm not going to deal with this. So...

Please correct your overcharge on order 36461097 and cancel my subscription.

I'll still pick up the occasional book. Thanks.

I'm very sorry about the Paizo Advantage discount not being taken into account; it's an ongoing issue, unfortunately. I've fixed order # 36461097 and the refund will be applied to your payment method as soon as it's been processed by your bank! It looks like we generated another order for you yesterday (Order # 36535074) and while I've made sure the discount was applied to that order properly, I'm also happy to cancel it, along with your subscriptions, if you'd prefer not to receive it.

Please let me know what you'd like to do with the most recent order and I'll get that taken care of!
